Perfect location for central Pisa

Posted May 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Funky little hotel right in the heart of town. Great restaurants and bars on the square just down the small road opposite. We gave it a low comfort rate for the following reasons. Only 2 flat pillows on the bed and no extras in the cupboard. Breakfast looked great but we had to queue for a table (& it was a long wait) so we skipped it. Friday night noisy on the front (see bars and restaurants comment) so ask for a room at the back. But really, I liked the staff - very laid back and a great place

Reasonable but noisy

The price, location, service and quality of the room were good. However, the neighborhood is very noisy at night.

Although the street was noisy we had nothing to complain about within the hotel. We had a pleasant stay.

Pisa Smambles

Posted May 13, 2011
You get what you pay for! This hotel has 30 year old furniture, the rooms are tiny, and you can smell the sewer pipes in the hallway. It comes with WiFi but the internet doesn't work in your room. The showers are standing room only with no room to turn around. All the travel experts say that Pisa should just be a day trip. However, it you want to stay the night then spend a little more money for a nicer place.
