“Perfect Location for the spa...”

Great location, very clean, very nice, and very comfortable. I was not familiar at all with the town but knew I wanted a weekend of relaxation at the spa. This hotel is directly across the street from the largest year round spa which was PERFECT! It is also near the large park and walking trails. It was one of the best (most relaxing) weekend trips i had taken in a long time

it was a clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet and peaceful town.i would recommend going there because it was a good value for its price.

“Nice place....but”

Nice hotel however it could have been excellent if a few things were different. No directions in the room for phone, tv, hotel, nothing.....the bathroom lacked a great deal and shampoo was in little sealed bags, soap broken and very small. I would think for a spa town they would have had some nice and unique items for guests. Staff was professional, but not friendly. I asked about a clock or radio and was told no, they did not and would not provide one so we had to use our wrist watches as we forgot our clock. House keeping was excellent and nice. Breakfast staff very curt (however to be honest the person working breakfast seemed to be at the hotel 24/7 in different jobs). The food never changed and the juice throughout our stay became weaker and weaker (watered down obviously). Location is excellent and there is a tourism office in the same block, thank goodness as our hotel staff offered no suggestions on restaurants or things to do!!!

“staff issue”

the location was great new rooms but the electricity kept going off from time to time and when i spoke to the disk i got different excuses one of them was because of the window was open in the room the staff had an attitude , specially when i asked about the spa's , she pointed me to a place a little far and public , when i asked if any other private available , she said no , later i found one just in front of the hotel and it was the best one they had . breakfast was ok location over all was the greatest +ve in this place

“Please search other hotels”

The staff members were unprofessional, unpolite and rude. Internet connection was frequently disconnected though you need to pay 8 Euro. Morning meals was not fresh and you may get discrimination of meals if you are staying with toghether. Please see other opinions.
