“Don't meet my standards”

Room was cold, and their needs to be some updates But over all the professional level was very good.

Area recommendations

Airport area, which would have 4 stars. Also, the oakland area and downtown Pittsburgh.

“not impressed”

When we arrived the ladie who checked us in was rude. The room was not worth the price we paid and the room was in poor condition. I called the front desk to ask what channel the hockey game was on and was to go through the channels til I found it.

“Great Rates But Not So Clean”

Convenient location if you're traveling in or out of Pittsburgh airport. Super great rates, but this hotel is lacking in cleanliness. Staff wasn't very pleasant nor accommodating with small children. Excellent, friendly shuttle service though!!!

“Bed Bugs”

I've been itching ever since I stayed over night. I have multiple bites on my abdomen. What ever got me it is very itchy! My friends warned me about the location but it was the only room I could find.

“Wouldn't go back”

Room smelled poorly. Asked for smoking room but smelled of cigarettes. TV very small with poor reception. Room not cleaned, no fresh towels. Breakfast very sparse. No fresh fruit, yogurt. Nothing but carbs. Computer in office in poor condition, very slow. Poorly maintained building.

“Worst no-smoking room ever”

I am not a complainer and have never taken time to do reviews. BUT this was the stinkiest stale-smoke room I was ever in - and I had reserved a no-smoking room. Staff were friendly and it was cheap but my bags still stink after four days. Chair had mold on the side. Sheets were clean, but I didn't really want to walk barefoot on the carpet or sit on the bedspread. Facility was just generally run-down. The continental breakfast was fine if you are OK with ALL carbs, but the entire floor was sticky. My shoes stuck with every step. Waffle iron was fun. If you need cheap and convenient and don't care about anything else or any extras like a fridge, then it's OK.

“I will not stay in an America's Best again.”

I will not stay in an America's Best again. It is not worth the savings. The front desk check-in was fine, but the room was very dirty, and it smelled.

“Dirty, Not friendly, Like a Flea bag hotel”

Horrible accommodation's. I would not let a dog stay there. Very dirty and un-kept.very poor.
