Close to airport for travel

Pros: nothing
Shuttle service begins at 4:30....kind of hard to take the shuttle when your flight leaves at 5AM! This is not stated on their website. Glad I paid for a hotel and then for long term parking at the airport because of their crappy shuttle schedule. Oh, and there was a dirty washcloth in the bathtub. Yuck!

Overall great experience. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Bar next to it was a great place to eat and have some drinks. Not the most modern construction but would recommend to others.

As a place to rest your head, this place sticks out because of its price and cleanliness. I booked online and had my apprehensions, but the room was well-kept and the facilities were more than adequate. Nothing was fancy but everything I needed was there. The breakfast was good as well. Outstanding bargain.

This hotel is adequate. Close to traffic and with doors on the outside, it is somewhat noisy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was sweetrolls, cereal, juice and coffee.

Cheap motel

It was just a 6 hr stay, but the rooms really needed a repaint and replace bedding and drapes. I didn't feel safe, but the airport van was very convenient and got me back to the airport on time.

Location: Location was near the airport. Not aware of things near by.
Stayed here the night before a flight out the next morning. All about the accommodations was very satisfactory.

The lady at the front desk was not helpful

Pros: The only thing nice I can say is the location from the hotel to the airport and the transportation from the hotel to the airport was great.
Cons: 1. Hire someone that is more pleasant and has great customer care experience at the front desk. 2. Clean rooms better. 3. Get new mattress'
Location: Transportation from the hotel to the airport was great.
To start, the lady at the front desk was not helpful and only cared what she had to say and didn't care to answer any questions that I had. The room was very dirty, and bathroom floor very sticky, with holes in the wall around the bathtub area. The mattress should be replaced as it had holes on it and not comfy as you could feel the springs when laying on the bed. The entrance door had a gap in it and could see out the door through the gap. The door to the bathroom was filthy. Also the light fixtures was filthy, looks like the fixtures were never cleaned. Also the TV would not turn on for a good while as I had to keep playing with the remote.

This motel is less expensive and close to the airport, BUT it is run by amateurs. The room smelled like eastern cooking and there was a hotplate burn on the counter top. The carpets was badly stained and we sure didn't feel like walking on it in bare feet.... The continental breakfast consisted entirely of empty carbs and the orange juice was nothing but colored water. The desk person was cordial but distant. The only positive points were the convenient location and the relatively good price. We got fooled.

If Christie the front desk receptionist is not interested in that job she should not be working there. She is very rude and apathetic. It was a huge turn off since she is the face of the hotel when I got there
