“SUCKS”

when i arrived in my room there was a dirty pizza box along with what appeared to be used needles so i got another room, in which more than half of the lights didn't work. finally got into a stayable room on the top floor the furthest from the elevator (i think the receptionist was getting annoyed). the employees didn't seem eager or willing to make my stay any better. the only good thing this hotel offered was breakfast, and that wasn't anything to write home about either. i'm pretty sure somebody came in the syrup, but i wasn't gonna not have waffles without syrup... sooooo don't stay here.

“Definately not a three star Hotel”

Definately not a three star Hotel, The room was not clean. bathroom walls had smugging marks, carpet in hallways were extremely dusty and topped with loose particles of lent. The beds were not covered with comforters as was seen in the advertisement photos. Our bed top cover was some type of nitted white sheet. No microwave or fridge in room. I have gotten better at motel 8's. We were disappointed with our stay because we expected more from a hotel listed as three star.

“Would never to back”

Hotel service was awful. Had to wait to check in while the associate worked on his computer, never even acknowledged we were there.

“have gone back second time there in 6 months.”

The hotel was very quiet, and I slept very well. any complaint was a strange smell. Maybe from the construction going on their. But for the price you can't beat it. only other complaint was the price jump 20 dollars from May to November. Thats crazy. Wonder what the price will be when I come back in spring. Maybe have to go down the hill.

“Nice breakfast.”

Check-out was not good (10:40 a.m.) as there was only one person at the desk who had to answer phones, deal with someone who wanted an early check-in, and the long line of those waiting to check out. After about a 5 minute wait where no progress was made on the check-in person, I just left me keys on the desk since we had already paid. I estimate check out would have taken about 20-30 minutes which is unacceptable.

“wonderful staff”

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful to myself and my family. We were from out of town and they helped us with transportation and also finding places to dine. I would definitely stay at the clarion hotel again.

Nightlife

It's very helpful to take a taxi or limousine service instead of driving. We used both and were very satisfied. Both services were professional and also took us around the city and showed us all of the clubs and told us about the nightlife
