The property was clean. The staff was real nice. The food menu prices were a bit obscene lmaooo but otherwise a good time. The room was clean, organized and the bathroom was fresh with clean towels. Thanks for a good time!

Fantastic
This hotel is in the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. Beds are comfy - ample space in rooms, bathrooms are great - water pressure good. Always clean and staff friendly. Only complaint no microwave ... it has a mini fridge but no microwave to heat up leftovers.

Nice hotel in convenient location.
We have stayed here multiple times. It is convenient to the airport (they share a shuttle with the Hampton Inn next door) and there is a shopping area with restaurants and a large grocery store across the street and up the hill - it is walkable. Only criticism is that there is no breakfast. You can buy breakfast but I paid $8 for a large tea and a small coffee only so I do not recommend it.

Cool place okay stay.
Stayed for a JWU college tour. No heat in the room. Woke up at 2:30 AM freezing! Room was 64 degrees. Hotel staff came in and confirmed heat was not working properly. Offered another room but my son was sleeping and did not want to disturb at 3:00 am, so we got some provided extra blankets and hunkered down. Staff was accompanying with longer check out time. Shower curtain was not clean and there was a moldy odor when you shower. Light is so dim at vanity, found it difficult to shave.

The place is clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. The gym is better than most hotel gyms but need sanitary wipes. There's nothing to wipe down the equipment before or after use (its the cold and flu season).

Called the hotel to confirm a shuttle would be available for pick up from the Pgh Airport following a trip from California to Pittsburgh arriving after 11:15pm. I realized this was late and wanted to prevent issues late at night after traveling all day. I was led to believe this was not an issue. After my arrival I called for a ride and was told, “sorry for the miscommunication, someone misspoke, the shuttle stops running at 11p. “ By the time I paid for my Lyft to this hotel, it would have been the same price to just stay at the hotel Hyatt in the Pittsburgh Airport and way more convenient. Unless one rents a car or has other transportation, if one arrives after 11 pm, I wouldn’t stay here. It’s inconvenient and offers no savings once factoring in the Lyft price. I am a Silver Marriott member and was offered nothing for their staff “ miscommunication.” Not the knowledgeable staff and customer service I’m use to from Marriott. The hotel was clean and nice, but the customer service and staff training are obviously poor at this Marriott site. If one is tired after traveling all day with a time change, stay at the hotel in the airport or at a hotel with consistent shuttle and customer service.

The Courtyard Marriot is suppose to be a place that is as good or better than your home. No Maid Service which mean no clean towels, no coffee, ran out of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The reason we book this hotel it advertise full breakfast. When checking in the man at the front desk said breakfast was from 6:30 to 11:00. Went to get breakfast and told there will be none. I will stick to Holiday Inn Express. We thought we were treating ourselves to 3 days of luxury but were very disappointed. On our last day a man kept knocking and opened our door while still in bed wanting to clean. They want to clean and get you out of there quick but checkout was twelve and he tried to clean 3 times starting at 9:00 am. Never again!!!

Had issues with toilet leaking in first room I was to stay in. They moved me. Said it was fixed in that room, bht didn’t want me to be havjng any possible future issues with the same room. Moved me to another, but it started leaking the next day before we left. Seems they did some remodeling and maybe things are off kilter a bit in all rooms with the plumbing. I don’t know, but we fortunately had no issues in the room we were in until we were leaving. Only stayed one night.
