Our room smelled like a locker room. Foul. The thermostat was set at 80 degrees. Thank goodness the window opened, but even 24 hours never really cleared out the smell. Ground up crackers near the sofa, on the floor. Unmatched tired looking loveseat. Bathroom floor dirty. Sheets put on inside out. Marks on the walls. Will not recommend your hotel to anyone. We wasted our money, and it ruined our get away weekend.

Check in was smooth and all staff were polite. The room itself had a comfortable bed but there was a slight musty scent, probably from the catpet, which seemed very dated.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Check -in was fast, easy, friendly by John Hooley, who greeted me like a familiar friend. I was grateful that Monster Bash was conveniently close by at the neighboring Marriott. I have already booked a reservation for next July, '24 Monster Bash, because this is one of my favorite hotels!

Very much enjoyed the site , the room, the staff, and complimentary breakfast. My only unpleasantness was the booking/cancelation issue I had with Experian. & The staff at Courtyard managed to clear it up for me.

Good Hotel; needs a new mattress!

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little hard and the shower didn’t have much water pressure. But overall my family would stay there again

They never cleaned our room one time during our 4 night stay. When I approached the manager he said it should have been cleaned on day 2. I told him it wasn't. He shrugged his shoulders and printed my receipt for $700 and handed it to me. Never again.

I noticed minor things in the room with regards to cleanliness and the shower head pressure and water direction was out of control. There was water everywhere.

Hotel room was pretty dirty. There was a dried blood stain on the shower curtain and dirt built up in every corner. There were a couple hockey teams spending the weekend while we were there. Parents and hotel staff allowed the kids to run up and down the hallways, slamming doors and screaming, until 1AM. I purposely chose this hotel because of the higher prices, thinking that it would equate to quality, but was very wrong.

Beds in room were not comfortable. Towels were not changed out, I went down at 10 pm to get fresh towels. Evening front desk staff very nice and accommodating, check out asked about stay and I said nothing about towels, but did state beds were not comfortable. I felt the clerk became defensive and she told me, “that is your opinion beds are a personal thing and most people like them”. I said ok but you asked I travel a lot and stay in many chain hotels, that was my comparison. She again stated it is not what she usually hears and dismissed my comment. Customer service from her was the only negative experience.

This was our first visit to this property. I liked the room layout and the bed was comfortable. The shower grout was dingy and appeared dirty. The shampoo dispenser had fallen off the wall and was lying in the shower. The first night the fire alarm went off twice and it was attributed to the elevator, which led to a poor night’s sleep. The staff were marginally empathetic and nothing (like a complementary cup of coffee) was offered.The price and location were good and I’d consider going back and trying a second time.
