The room looked nice and the staff was very great. However once you go into the room you notice there are no outlets to plug anything in. The ones available had a lamp plugged in or was behind the tv which you couldn’t move. The light switch was broken in two lamps ( I couldn’t turn one in and couldn’t turn one off and just had to unscrew the lightbulb. Other than that, room was ok. It was the little inconveniences.

As a whole it was okay. There were just things here and there that could be improved. We stayed in room 701 and let’s just say maybe spend a little and replace the mattress. The mattress felt like it hadn’t been changed since the 90’s. The trash in our room hadn’t been changed and was over flowing. Now the fireplace was an unexpected perk. Overall it was an okay stay but I’m not in a hurry to return.

Our housekeeper, Marlene, did an excellent job. The desk and bar/restaurant staff are friendly. The hotel is very clean. It would be nice if the restaurant were open for dinner on Sunday and Monday.

I booked a room with two queen beds, they gave us a one queen bead and a sofa bead that was terrible to sleep in that thing, Out of the three nights, two of them, the room wasn’t done! Breakfast was just ok

I love the location of the hotel. It's super accessible to various dining and shopping options, yet it's very safe. For that reason we will come back to this hotel. What we didn't like, first and foremost, are the beddings. The bed cover was stiff, thin, and uncomfortable, unsuitable for winter. It was hard to get a good night sleep. They should have provided down comforters--it would have spelled a big difference. Also, we slept there four nights but our room was cleaned and our towels changed only once. Thicker, more luxurious towels would make a huge difference too!

The only negative was that there was no mini fridge in the room to keep any foods or drinks cold. I have never been to a decent hotel without a mini fridge.

Close to my daughter's house. Food service needs improvements. I ordered a dinner with one type of pasta and received a different type because they had run out. Coffee for breakfast is not with the food and you need to go out of your way to get it and then get your food. Not convenient.

Hotel was nice breakfast is not free it was good but a little pricey for a buffet. The only issue is the hotel is dog friendly and we got woke up at 7:30 in morning by barking dog in the adjacent room. Otherwise overall stay was ok
