Staff was most helpful. Between allowing me to use the printers behind front counter because the one in the business center was out of order. The maintenance staff was great to help us with the luggage dolly. Even though they don't allow pets, they gave no fuss over our service animal. We were running late checking out but they allowed us to have till noon. The bad at this hotel was the gym smelt like someone went to the bathroom in there. The pool heater was broken due to a power outage just before we arrived. There was no bathtub in the room just an oversized stand up shower. Overall our visit was great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and worked with us when I made a mistake in booking. In a decent location and was quiet and a nice stay for the night.

Cons: Rooms, Bathrooms.
Location: Not many..probably airport is the nearby place.
With the price they are charging, not worth a stay. Not many things near the hotel. Rooms were pretty small and unclean. Bathrooms was too small. Had sliding doors that too not closing. The hotel is in an isolated place far from downtown Pittsburgh. Overall very average place to stay.

Yeah, ok, you get what you pay but still it was less that what I would expect. Rude receptionist and a not very clean toilet seat at the arrival could have been avoided even at this rate!! Other than that, I found the place isolated, up in a hill, the room had shower (not tub), the toilet door was flimsy, the sink was outside the toilet and close to the beds. The breakfast was fine. The cleanness of the room (apart from the toilet seat) was good.

Pros: Decent motel for the price you pay.
Cons: The rooms are not sealed well enough for sound. So if someone is standing in the hall talking, you can hear every word. shuttle service price
Location: There are a lot of things close by. I was simply staying because I caught the early flight out, not for any other reason.
I had stayed at this Hotel in the past. The first room I stayed in was nicer than the second but both were acceptable. The first time I stayed the motel offered free shuttle service to the airport, which was one of the main reasons I stayed here. I travel to Pittsburgh quite often for business and I have one of my employees pick me up then drop me off at a motel the day before my flight. I stay at a motel without a vehicle, thus it is important for me to have transportation to the airport to catch my flight home. This time I ask about the shuttle and the clerk at the desk told me it was 15 dollars per room. I was sort of taken back initially since the airport is approx. 5 miles away. The employee advised me that they get charged by the airport so they have to compensate for that. I get this and completely understand but to charge 15 per room, I think is a little high. If I am to pay 15 dollars I would expect to have personal service to the airport, not be shuttled with other guests. I am not sure what the cost of a taxi is but it would almost be worth the money. Over all I was at this motel for a very short time so as for extended stay I would not recommend. Just know that the what ever price is advertised you will need to add 15 dollars to that to factor in the airport shuttle if you are going to need it. Some of the previous comments I did confirm. Things such as musky smell, very small room, rooms not sealed for sound (Children playing in the halls).

We booked this hotel as an unpublished deal, so we didn't know what we were getting before we paid. While I've had good luck using unpublished deals in the past, I wasn't thrilled with this hotel overall. Thankfully we didn't spend a ton, although I wish I had spent $10 more and gotten something better. The good: -We were coming in from out of state and arrived in town about 1:30pm. The hotel staff graciously allowed us to check in an hour and a half early, which was a huge help. -The bed was actually quite comfortable, and I wanted to take the pillows home with me. :) -The provided refrigerator and microwave were really convenient. -There was a small business station and we were able to use a computer and printer free of charge. -The free wi-fi worked without problem. The not so good: -The hotel was not in great shape. The walls of our room were chipped and cracked. -The bathroom had only a shower (albeit a larger one than normal), not a tub. -We didn't have much in the way of towels, and the towels that were in the room were tiny. -The staff didn't seem particularly happy to be there. We overheard several staffers loudly complaining from a back room, and we had a hard time finding anyone who would help us check out. -The bed was small, a bit too small for my 6'4" husband. Overall, I wasn't unhappy with our stay. We really just needed a place to crash outside of Pittsburgh. I was glad that we only stayed one night however, and I'm not sure we would return.

I really like this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was woderful and the people who cleans the rooms were very helpful and very polite. I had a great stay in Days Inn. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.
