Only stayed overnight... rooms was clean. Well maintained.. washroom door was a little worse for wear across the bottom, some chips and cracks. But no issues with water pressure or slow drains.

Only reason was a three star was because the heat had come away from the wall and you could hear and see the outside. At first we thought the window was open. It was late when we arrived so we did not ask for another room and we had our dog. Only bad experience at this hotel otherwise it’s been great.

Only problem I had was we were on 3rd floor and not sure if it was the pipes but a high pitched squeals went on all night making it difficult to sleep

No breakfast!
The room was clean and generally OK. Other areas were also clean and attractive. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant, but there was no one present to seat us, or serve us. We and another couple left to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Bathroom not clean and smells of urine. In the lounge the chairs are in poor upholstery condition, some torn. The lobby is awkwardly designed. The elevators are far from the reception desk. Guest has to carry his luggage a long distance to get to the elevator from the reception desk and carry the luggage on a small stair. Very poor lobby design. On the plus side, coffee was served in the lobby. TV offering is good with working guide channel. Air conditioning was good. Hotels rated 4 stars. I’d give it 3 stars.

Definitely was expecting better for the price
Ice machines didn’t work. Vending machines wouldn’t accept cash or credit. My towels hanging in the bathroom already had makeup on them whenever we arrived. Satellite signal was sketchy and it was only light rain could barely watch tv.

although the person on the desk who checked us in was great we had problems with the room that were both annoying and offputting. The door would not lock and anyone could walk in without a card. the wash basin would not drain, it did over about an hour and left the basin strewn with dark hair (we are not dark). I reported this and was told someone would be up right away, we waited. noone came. we had to be at a wedding for which this made us late. it was not comforting to have to leave the door open and walk away. I again asked the desk, they were not very helpful, made excuses and claimed not to see my phone number on file. I gave it to the first person. Later the heating system would not shut off, ended up having to pull out the out the wall unit and disconnect it to get it to do so. turned it back on much later and it seemed to work. very frustrating to book a room for an event and have so many issues.

If you like a shower that feels like you’re at a riot getting sprayed by the police hose, this is the place for you! This is an older hotel that shows wear and tear. To access the elevators, you had to go down six or seven stairs which was not convenient while carrying luggage. The AC and toilet were both noisy, and we could hear another guest’s dog barking. There was a mixup with my reservation (booked 2 queens, but got one king). The front desk was great about moving us to another room.

Not a nice room
Room was very dated. Furniture worn, bathroom worn out, if you look closely it is dirty. Bugs were flying around in the room. Our room was across from the laundry and was very noisy. Not like the pictures. Definitely a very dated hotel and needs renovated.
