“Great Hotel!!!!!”

Staff was extremely accommodating and professional. When we checked in, there were some very loud guests in the room next to ours - we asked if we could be moved and there was no problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - even had a shuttle van to take us around town! The room was large, comfortable, extremely clean - absolutely wonderful! We had never stayed at a Doubletree but definitely will in the future! We just loved the stay!!!!! Besides all that, Pittsburgh is a great city and this hotel represents the best of the city.

“Great hotel”

“Can't wait to go back!!!”

Was in town for the Steelers game with my son, we had a great time...the hotel was awesome...super clean everything you could want!! The staff was great held our bags even after check out..so we wouldnt have to take them to the game...organized transport so we wouldn't miss our flight...when we go back to Pittsburgh we wouldnt stay anywhere else!!!

“Returning Visitor”

We were very satisfied with the great service, clean and quiet rooms. On our return visit to Pittsburgh, we gladly selected Doubletree as our hotel of choice.

“impressed”

Three day stay. The Hotel was having roadway construction around it I was put on the 18th floor where all was nice and quite. The staff were great , the shuttle service from the Hotel around town was really excellent drop off and pick up in really timely fashion. Excellent buffet breakfast , I ate dinner one night in the hotel and the food was very good , especially the mussels which were really good .

“Awesome Trip”

DoubleTree was a great place to stay. Rooms were great!!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and really made it a great trip. Hotel was very accessible to surrounding venues especially with their complimentary shuttle service. Would definately come back again and highly recommend staying here .Pittsburgh was really a great town with lots of things to do. We are already wanting to plan another trip here!!!

“Great Location”

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh. Close to EVERYTHING. Short stroll to Mellon Arena. Quick shuttle or cab ride to Station Square. Market Square just around the corner. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Will stay here again next time I am in Pittsburgh.

“Excellent Hotel Stay”

The service was great, they gave free upgrades in room and size. Excellent service for cleaning, housekeeping, front desk, shuttle service, food service, garage, everything. The air control was great. For the first time, I didn't wake up every morning, dry, dehydrated, red and puffy eyed. This is something to shout over for us frequent travelers. Really, really made a long business week an enjoyable and relaxing time.
