Great hotel

Easy access to nearby towns and airport. Close to the air force base and the commissary.

3 day getaway in Pittsburgh.

We showed up and checked in with no problem. The front desk was super friendly. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. Worked out in the fitness room, a little small but excellent equipment to use. Dumbells from 5 to 55 lbs. Also treadmill, eliptical, and stationary bike. The pool and whirlpool were perfect for a little dip. The room was so spacious and clean. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Staff was great!

Pros: Rooms were clean.
Cons: very cold in the lobby temp was 62 degress! Table that had coffee on it was very messy and dirty. need to put garbage can near table.
Location: eggs n'at next door has good food but slow, servers were great. good shopping about 10 mins away.
good clean hotel a little expensive for what you get, no breakfast or snacks just coffee.

Sometimes the temperature in Pittsburgh can fluctuate drastically from one day to the next, although we do try our best to stay up to date on changing weather! You are correct that our standard rate does not include breakfast, however we do have a full service restaurant on site that serves breakfast every morning. We also offer an array of packages that include breakfast in the rate, such as our Breakfast and Wifi package. This is a great deal if your family is planning on dining on property. The hotel itself was nice plus we got free cookies!. The staff at the front desk were not the friendliest people. Our room was clean but some of the smaller stuff was missing/off. It was overly warm when we entered, our comment card had been used by the last guest (they dont check those i guess) and the table was sticky here and there. Overall not a bad experience overall! I would go back.

I registered under my name but wouldn't fly in until midnight. Hotel staff allowed my husband to check in first which was great. They had a wedding reception during my stay but it didn't interrupt my experience there. Restaurant downstairs was great also.

Not by the airport, but really good staff

My plane was cancelled and I had a crazy schedule. The staff checked me in, gave me a late checkout, and was really wonderful in my time of need. This hotel is 15 min from the airport. The name is misleading. I was kind of annoyed about that.

I apologize that you did not find our location to be as convenient as you were expecting. We are actually one of the closest hotels to the Pittsburgh International Airport. There is only one hotel located on airport property, outside of that, we are one of the next in line. We really are only a few miles from the airport itself, but driving time and the route that must be driven to get to where you need to go takes approximately 12 min.
