“Close to Airport”

This hotel was extremely nice, quiet, and efficient. The only problem we encountered was finding it according to the Expedia driving directions. Staff was accommodating and courteous. I will stay here again anytime I need to take a flight.

“Very convenient to airport”

Help all great; hallways a little musty - room fine. Restaurant very basic. Eat in the lounge.

“Very Satisfied”

We had an early flight out of the Pittsburgh airport and live about 2 1/2 hours from the airport. We wanted to stay overnight in the area prior to our flight. The hotel was great and their shuttle service was excellent. We were able to leave our car parked at the hotel and used their shuttle service going both to and from the airport. The shuttle gave prompt service both times. The hotel room was clean, attractice and comfortable. We would be happy to book with this hotel on future occasions. We were not visiting Pittsburgh itself. If we were doing so this hotel would be a little distance from the downtown area although there is great shopping in the vacinity.

“Ideal for Air Travel”

Needing to travel to Pittsburgh airport for a very early flight, I found Four Points to be ideal--close, park-n-fly option, shuttle service and very, very comfortable. The staff were great even though I came in very late. The room was large and clean, bed was very comfortable...I felt very pampered. The signage off the street needs to be improved because the hotel sits well off the road and cannot be seen from the street.. Coming in at night, I thought my GPS unit was absolutely nuts having me turn down an unlighted gravel road...but then there was the hotel. I will definitely stay at Four Points the next time I fly out of Pittsburgh early in the morning!

“Hotel Stay”

Hotel is out of the way but is very comfortable and has a shuttle which is nice. Older place but very well kept. Desk people were very helpful.

“Excellent stay”

I have stayed at other hotels around the Pittsburgh airport, but this one was definitely the best overall. Reasonable rates, very clean, nice comfortable beds and great service. (shuttle to and from airport, don't have to leave for bar or restaurant, and can park car for the alloted time of trip)

“quality hotel for the price”

hotel was very clean, restaurant was exceptional. only drawback the hotel is a litle hard to locate if you are traveling after dark

“Bring your own pillow”

The hotel is currently (04/06) undergoing renovations but we did any construction. All we saw were signs of "Pardon our mess" and in the back parking lot are construction sites. The room and the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are to be desired. They look comfy, fluffy but once your head is on one, your head goes through the pillow to bed. Flat. We did not pursue getting another pillow as we were there only one night. Also, the hotel is 3 miles away from the Pittsburgh International Airport and we didn't hear a plane. I would go there again but would bring my pillow or ask if they have other pillows to choose from.

“Hotel without issues...”

Picked up from airport promptly in nice, clean van. Check in was swift. Hotel room was clean, clean smell. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room service in the morning was okay. Some confusion with front desk when we called for shuttle back to airport in the morning but was rectified quickly, and we only had to wait 10 minutes.

“Fantastic Location”

The Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many landmarks. I was impressed with the decor and atmoshere and cleanliness.
