I was there for a surgery that I had in that area which was hours from my house. The staff knew I was there for that and for recovery for a few days after. The staff were so kind and accommodating! They not only were so friendly and sweet, but they went above and beyond to check in on me every time my daughter went to the lobby. It was better than any experience I’ve had in a hotel, and I travel frequently so hotels are a second home to us! I genuinely can not thank them enough for their care and attention during my stay there!
nice desk service, clean room, but $75 dog fee ridiculous as rest area for dogs weedy, full of trash, extremely small, and has huge spot lights for building blinding humans with dogs.

Poorly maintained hotel. Dirty with broken amenities. Door to the room wouldn't even shut. Do not recommend staying here.

I had terrible experience at the hotel. It was partially due to hotel miss-management but more it was because of wrong booking done by Expedia. I reached hotel after driving almost 12 hours from Canada and I found that hotel changed the room type that I had booked. After taking to Expedia for almost 3 hours on phone I was relocated to another hotel in late night. My kids were sick and we had to miss our dinner because all nearby restaurants were closed when we reached the relocated hotel. I have made up my mind NOT TO BOOK thru Expedia in future. Since I am frequent traveler to US, I dont want to experience the same situation next time.

Clean rooms with comfy beds
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfy beds. The common spaces were kind of dirty. Trash overflowing at the entrance and by the coffee area by the end of each day. The elevator floors were pretty gross and sticky.
Basically a great hotel if you just need a clean room.
