Bobby at front desk is amazing and even got us adjoining rooms and found my moms lost hearing aid. The attached restaurant- Jackson’s - was really excellent!

We were disappointed in this Hilton stay. Upon arrival a drunk patron was flirting with hotel staff one of whom appeared drunk herself; they were loud and inconsiderate. Further we were woken up in the middle of the night by other hotel guests running in the hallway shouting and disturbing our sleep. We attempted to call the front desk after this went on for a while because it was increasingly disruptive but none of the lines via the hotel phone were usable. Our shower also had black mold and leftover hair in it. The cleanliness was not what we’ve come to expect from a Hilton hotel. We would have loved the opportunity to discuss this with hotel staff in person but at check out our keys were taken and we were dismissed. We’re shocked the hotel has such high ratings!

I don’t like the served breakfast which I have to wait for sometime to be served. I’d rather like to have a buffet breakfast where I can grab it and go. No waiting time.

We had the junior suite. Nice size. The couch was very comfortable, our fridge wasnt on when we got there (no big deal. Easy switch to turn on) bed and pillows super comfy. Everything was clean. We never ate the breakfast, so cant review that. We just were out and about and there for steelers game tailgating. Easy parking, beautifully decorated lobby for christmas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Great pricing too

There seem to be several options for dining, but we did not avail ourselves of them becausecwe were meeting family. The only thing i fpdid not like is that the free buffet breakfast only is available on the weekends and we arrived Wednesday for one evening.

Excellent stay
MJ who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Pam did a great job with the cleanliness of our room. The hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Even though there was a big wedding taking place there, our room was quiet. It was close off the highway and easy to get to. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant or breakfast buffet, so I can’t speak about that.

The room is nice but the 2 beds are easy very small. I would prefer a queen bed over full size. Breakfast is $15/person.

Phone in room did not work and could not contact front desk. Air conditioner was broken and kept switching to heat. Wedding was being held there and guests were loud and partying all night next door to our room. Fire alarm was pulled and went off for a long time in the middle of the night.
