“Excellent Choice”

We have stayed here twice and both times the experience was great. We will make it "our" hotel" when we visit Pittsburgh.

Very nice staff. Room very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble with the adjustable mattress firmness/softness, could have been we did not spend enough time figuring it out.

It was a beautiful, elegant and comfortable hotel to stay in. if I were to nitpick,the only blemish was that the shower could have been a little bit cleaner.

My husband and I arrived quite late in the evening. The valet was welcoming and helpful. The front desk clerk was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's appearance was beautiful. The decor of the room was pleasant and the room was clean and well-maintained. The only two minor areas for improvement would be to provide a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the beds were too firm. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Pittsburgh.

“Close to attractions and food”

Great location to Phipps Conservatory and Pittsburg Zoo. Both places were awesome to visit. There were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and will definitely come back! The staff are always courteous and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean.

the garden inn on Forbes in Oakland Pittsburgh was great, don't know what else you might want except maybe a pool. Ate in the restaurant, very nice, had drinks at the bar, comfortable and friendly. It is perfectly located for U of Pitt visits, and hosted my family for law school graduation of my son - great staff, friendly and flexible to our needs.

The hotel was beautiful very modern, clean well kept, the clerk at the front desk was super we were celebrating our daughters 9th Birthday when she found out she gave her a card with a free breakfast for the whole family. I would stay here again once again it was so clean and that's most important to me.
