Our room was uncomfortably warm our entire stay. We made 3 separate inquiries to have the issue resolved and nothing was done. Unless you like sleeping in a sauna do not stay here.

One of two elevators were did not operate. The lights in the bathroom were not very bright, specially at the mirror for shaving purposes. There was no full length mirror available to use. After 10 PM there were adults and kids playing games in the hallway and were very noisy.

We checked in with our “Expedia” confirmation number, and for the second time in as many visits, the hotel did not have our reservation. AND were full. Idk if this is an Expedia issue or not, but unless it gets fixed I will not be using Expedia in the future

Seems like it has been there for 30 years without a refresh. Paper thin walls, you could hear the next room putting a can of coke on the table. Parts of ceiling crumbling. Didnt seem like a Hilton.

First time visitor
My stay was fine. Bed, not great, but everything else was good. One young lady at the front desk was more preoccupied with her computer than with my needs, but otherwise, everyone was pleasant, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was very good.

Room was nice and roomy. Bathroom supplied well, quiet. Girl at front desk was probably new but she could has shown more personality. Smile and look with eye contact. The customer is to be treated with respect. Had dinner at Hotel which was very good and server was working hard and pleasant.
