We liked the fact it was close to the highway I79, clean, and parking available, breakfast included, they only thing I wished they had a indoor pool. Over all it was good.

Just disappointed with the compassion.
The staff was rude. We stayed for 3 days and set the towels in a pile on the floor and ran out of toilet paper and trash was full. So we put the tag on the door for service the towels were not replenished nor was the toilet paper. we also used the pull out bed to be more comfortable. Sadly by using that I received bug bites all over. I told the manger and she informed me that since I booked with Hotels.com all they can do was just change my room. No apologies or concern for the over all wellbeing for myself or the room. Just an eyeroll and one we got back from our travels they then had a room for us. Just disappointed with the compassion.

Hotel could use some updating. Our room was very comfortable though. Bathroom needs to be larger. At least in the King suite room. You could barely move between the door and the toilet and the shower...the room was very small. Breakfast ran out of a few things. But hotel was sold out, so somewhat understandable.

The staff was amazing. The room was good. Everything clean and met expectations. The only complaint was terrible noise coming from the other room. It was an adjoining room with a door and I heard everything. They weren't overtly loud or a party. Just two people talking till 5:30 am. I did not sleep at all. Terrible room with the door. I heard everything. Very upset. Not any fault of the staff or the room.

Overall great stay! The one bed made a loud noise anytime you moved or sat down on it. Some of the molding around the walls were coming off. But other than that it was a great stay!

the place was in need of a thorough cleaning. The elevator lobby had the same dirt for 5 days and no one cared. Had trouble getting clean towels and service to my room.
