budget hotel for a luxury price.

Pros: nothing stands out
Cons: better customer care
Location: none.
asked for a non-smoking and ended up getting a smoking and couldn't sleep whole nite. I don't understand then what is the point of reservations ?

Pros: all, but no refrigerator
Cons: fridge in room
its off the beaten path but near many stores,restaurants and a cinema...bed , shower,tv and room were great recommend highly

Bad facilities

Cons: The hotel staff especially the maintenance staffs need to be prompt in handling customer request.
Two of the three night lamps were not functioning properly. In addition to that the telephone present in the room was not operational. I called the front desk using my mobile and informed about these problems. They promised that maintenance staff will look into these issues the first thing in the morning. In addition to that, I reminded them again the next morning as well. Unfortunately it never got resolved. The front desk folks had noted down my request but it looks like the maintenance staffs did not bother to look into it.

Ok to Good...

Pros: Had good infrastructure, staff, location and price.
Cons: Go back over the finish work.
Location: Visiting family (N/A)
Overall it is Ok to Good. Depending on your perspective. Some of the hotel d├ęcor needs improving... ie. replace Carpet in Elevators etc. (simple fix - but not done??). My room - seams in wallpaper are pealing (glue it). Caulking in bathroom was done sloppily (bad finish work). Not much attention to detail... just makes for a bad impression. Jim

Very nice hotel...not so many places to eat nearby; needed to drive a few miles, but otherwise, it was just fine.

While you are right, there are not a lot of restaurants within a block or two, we are directly next to one of the greatest places to eat, in my opinion. It is called Skyvue Restaurant and Lounge. Give them a try next time you stay with us. If local flavor is not something you are looking for within two miles is many choices of your favorite chain restaurants! Stop by the Front Desk any time for further recommendations on places to eat or sights to see!

Comfortable Place to Stay

Pros: The room was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and caring. There was a free breakfast every morning.
Cons: No major complaints. The housekeeping staff just needs to step up their cleaning skills slightly.
Location: Pittsburgh is only a half hour drive to the north and all in all as far as cities go is a very nice one. It has a lot of class and character.
The hotel was all around very nice, very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The grounds and building were very clean and the food (as far as continental breakfasts are concerned) was very tasty. My wife and I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before but the hotel I showing a bit of wear and tear but still not that bad there are other hotels in the area and for the price I will use one of them the next trip to the area

Overall not a bad hotel.

When we checked in the air conditioning did not work so they had to replace the unit. Also, house keeping did not clean our room or replace the towels after our first night. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very polite and professional. The general manager called to check on our stay and if the issues were resolved which was very nice. There was no pool which was a disappointment.
