The king bed room is very comfortable and well arranged.A kitchen area, sitting room area, bedroom area and nice dressing room area. Liked the new shower structure with grab bar the best.

Perfect Location for Family Reunion

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: The Staff.
Cons: Be certain front desk is manned - the check in area is a bit odd and it seems it might be a difficult for staff to see the front desk from office.
Overall very satisfied with stay. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only issue we had on two occasions was finding the front desk unmanned. Once during late evening check in and during check out next day. Check in was a bit slow but the desk clerk was relatively new but he was also very accommodating We would stay here again.

Cons: yes a young boy walking around our table during breakfast putting a dish pan on our table while eating trying to collect our dirty dishes.
Location: great location
gave the same room to 2 people. But was straightened out quickly. Staff very helpful. Ran out of silverware during breakfast. Very slow on restocking the buffet, but food was good.

Room

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Overall the room was great except one thing that I found puzzling. There was no place to hang cloths. First time ever in a hotel room that there wasn't a place. I looked high and low and ended up putting my business clothes over a chair.

Very nice hotel close to malls and restaurants

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable
We have stayed several times here and like it very much. Check in staff was very nice, by going thru Expedia they messed up my reservation but the staff changed things around with no problem. Breakfast staff a little cranky and found hair in the eggs.

Work trip stay

Posted Jun 20, 2015
The time spent at the hotel was decent. One front desk staff was helpful with questions, but was short and curt in her answers. My stay at the hotel was during a large wedding so the party was on my floor and after they left an adult softball tournament came in. The adults were rowdy and seemed to be intoxicated and brought case of beer into their rooms. The noise level during the night was loud with no help from the staff. Overall the hotel was great and clean and quiet if there are no special occasions occurring.

Very good hotel where we needed it to be.

Comfortable beds, nice office area, good complimentary breakfast, although weekend traffic strained the breakfast staff some.

Great Space, No Free Coffee, Bring Your Own Pillow

Posted Jun 6, 2015
Pros: Architecture, décor, location
Cons: The horrible pillows and lack of 24/7 free tea and coffee. Learn from Hampton Inns.
This hotel comes close to being a very good one. The location north of Pittsburgh, very close to the PA Turnpike and I79 is phenomenal. All imaginable restaurants and services are close at hand. The lobby, breakfast area, pool and rooms are really nice. But the pillows are all small and very soft greatly diminishing the possibility of a good night's sleep. Hyatt needs to follow the Holiday Inn Express model of providing ample amounts of large soft and firm pillows in a room. We also do not like the model that requires any coffee except what is offered at breakfast tot be purchased at the lobby coffee bar. What other hotels at this price point are this cheap?

Great hotel for a visit to The Burgh

Posted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Very nice, comfortable and clean with free WiFi.
Cons: Stock clean towels in the pool. I had to ask each time we went to the pool. Room service would be great!
Location: It is close enough to Pittsburgh and has many restaurants and shops nearby.
We have stayed her multiple times over the last six or seven years. It is very nice, clean, and comfy. It has an indoor pool which our kids have enjoyed. It is reasonably priced and well appointed.
