Perfect for pirate gamePosted Aug 19, 2014
Location is perfect for Pirate game, just a block away from PNC. About 2 blocks from Heinz and 3 to Science Center. Staff was great at check-in. Breakfast was chaos. Like it was the first time they did it. Food quality is what you would expect at a hotel buffet.

Close to everything. NO hot tub anywhere in hotel.Posted Aug 12, 2014
As close as it gets to the sports stadiums. You DO have to pay an extra $19 a day for parking. NO hot tub anywhere in hotel.

Skimpy breakfast, bad mattressPosted Aug 10, 2014
Long line for breakfast. Trays not refilled. No donuts, fruit, creamer, eggs etc. Hall carpet spoiled. High price hotel because they have a captivated group attending Pittsburgh games and events

Great hotel but book away from the freeway rampsPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Clean, well appointed and great staff.
Cons: Location under the freeway, but that can't change...
Location: Right next to the stadium and the area nearby is rapidly gentrifying with some very cool places.
Ours was a very nice king room and hotel has a friendly staff, good breakfast served...we changed rooms when ours was in the corner directly looking at (and listening to) the freeway ramp about 20 feet away. But staff was completely accommodating and no problem with new room at all. Would stay again but make sure where the room is...

Very nice hotelPosted Jul 13, 2014
Rooms was great. We were on a corner so it was a little noisy from the freeway. They charged extra to park your car which I thought was a little redicuilous. Overall a very nice hotel.

OdorPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly
Location: Great location
When we entered our room there was an odor that smelled like mildew. We contacted the front desk and we were moved to another room promptly but that room had the exact smell so we sucked it up and stayed there. When we told the front desk the next morning they didn't charge us for parking. The staff was very friendly but I can't believe we were the only ones who have complained
