“Great choice for a place to stay”

This hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and it was also easy access to driving destinations. We loved it.

“Good Choice When Going to PIttsburgh”

This Marriot is convieniently located to the attractions we were in Pittsburgh for. Not far from Univ. of Pitt (short cab ride) and within walking distances of PNC Park and Station Square. Hotel is very clean and at night seemed to be very happening. The room was of nice size, but the weather (95 degrees plus)combined with our air conditioning unit made the room extremely humid and balmy. I would stay at this hotel again!

Staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant offered wide choice, the hotel was conveniently located close to major highways and points of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Pittsburgh's good choice”

Conveniently located close to city center. Duquesne is 2 blocks away, Consol Energy Center, the new home to the Pittsburgh Penguins is within a block. It's an easy walk to/from the other sports venues and just far enough away from the school down Forbes in Oakland for my taste. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, valet quick and taxi's accessible. Highly recommended and a good value for center city hotel accommodations.

“Great for quick overnight stay”

Had to travel to Pittsburgh for quick overnight trip. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Provided directions to my ultimate destination, nearest gas station and back to the highway. Made the trip during a pending snowstorm stressfree

“One of the Best”

This beautiful hotel is across the street from Mellon Arena and a block and a half from Downtown Pittsburgh's best sights and shopping spots. My children and I were there for a concert as were hundreds of others from all over the country. As crowded as it was, our hotel experience was great!

“Best hotel for Mellon Arena”

This is a very upscale hotel but no one seemed to mind the rowdy crowd before or after the game. I will stay here again if I'm going to the Arena.

“great stay”

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a good experience. The people at the front desk was really friendly and though I was about an hour early (2pm), they still let me check in. The room size was fine (2 twin beds) though the bathroom was a little small but other than that, I found the stay to be comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant had great food, though it was a bit overpriced but since it was at a hotel, I guess that was to be expected. The one thing I found really annoying was the wait-time for the elevators. They had 3 but it took like over 5 minutes just for one of the elevators to reach your floor. Overall, the place was great. I would stay there again if needed.
