Good location, outdated room

Pros: The location
Cons: Cleanliness of the room, especially of the kitchen.
We spent 2 nights at this hotel and we like the location. We booked this hotel because it has a little kitchen and rooms with fireplace. Unfortunately the kitchen was very outdated and a little filthy and the room had no fireplace as we expected. The staff was nice and polite and the breakfast good. The hotel is too pricey for the quality of the room, some furniture is falling apart and the kitchen need lots of scrub!!!

Pleasant stay

Pros: The main thing was the location and it was quiet at night
Cons: Everything was fine
Location: We drove into the city saw some of the museums and visited the strip.
Good location only 5 miles from downtown. The motel was away form the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff was helpful with where to eat and what to see. We brought our dog along and there were places to walk with him. we would use this motel again. Good value for the money

Good Value - Pleasant Stay

We recently stayed at the Qualtiy Suites while visiting in Pittsburgh. Taking into consideration the price we paid for the room, I was very impressed. The furniture and appliances were a bit worn and it could definitely use some upgrades. But, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere clean on a budget!

Pros: Size and comfort.
Cons: Longer breakfast hours for people enjoying the night life and sleeping in on a Sunday.
Location: I visited a nearby restaurant which served a wide variety of food within a 1/2 mile of the hotel. Service was very well.
Was shocked at how well the room was, surprised by the fireplace and furnishings/dishes/drinking glasses/ silverware. Full size refrigerator, not a dorm one was a plus. Very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and did.

Spacious but filthy

Pros: Rooms were spacious and liked the kitchen
Cons: Our room was not cleaned. And we would not have stayed here if we knew that the fireplace was unusable.
Location: Great location less than 10 mins from downtown.
We decided to stay here because it said it had a fireplace. The fireplace didn't work. There was a large hole in the carpet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, toothpaste marks on the mirror and the shower was disgusting. The room was very spacious and the staff at the front office was very friendly. If it weren't so filthy I would definitely have returned.

Cons: Serious repairs needed in the room.
Worsed hotel for the last 13 years. Looks like extended stay place, stuff was broken.

very disappointed.........

Pros: nothing
Cons: there is a lot of room to improve in every aspect.
i chose this hotel even though its bit pricy compared to same type of motels in pittsburgh because it is closer to the place i am going to spend 2 days. when i first check in the room they allotted, there is no hot water. i called front desk, he said there is no maintenance availability at that time and said there is only one more room available in this category. i went to front desk and got the keys for other room. when i went to the second room, hot water is coming but the taps are coming off when i tried to turn them. the front desk person appeared he didnt even care that i am not satisfied with the room. i made a mistake by paying full amont at the time of booking online. Also, internet connection is very very poor. they only provided 1 bath towel, 1 shampoo and 1 soap. i had to go to front desk and ask them for towels and soaps. totally, its a horrible stay.

Room needed some repairs ie. dishwasher door, ice maker, & thermostat loose on the wall. Very homey & the staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again!
