Hotel was great! Great place to stay if going to Pirates or Steelers game or visiting Carnegie Science Center. All within walking distance. Breakfast was awesome next morning as well!

Hotel was nice and clean, but was very pricey. Parking was $19 per day as well! But, we were within walking distance of Heinz Field.

Will Definitely Come Back!

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Honestly can't think of anything
Location: There are tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, not to mention the Carnegie Science Center, casino, and the stadiums
We were so impressed with this hotel. We stayed here for the weekend of the Jason Aldean concert (even though we live less than an hour away from PNC Park), and could not have been happier about our stay! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the gym was very impressive for a hotel gym. We also loved the shuttle, the driver was awesome and we never had to wait for a pickup; we called when we were in line for the Incline and he was there waiting in the parking lot by the time we got off. We are already trying to think of an excuse to stay there again sometime soon!

Very nice hotel in downtown Pitt

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Great location. The hotel is right across the street from PNC Park, very clean and has a friendly staff.
Location: Walking distance to Heinz Field, Peppi's and the Roberto Clemente bridge. Go to Duquesne Incline to see a beautiful view of Pittsburgh
Went to watch the Dodgers play the Pirates and see the beautiful PNC Park, plus a few other attractions in Pittsburgh.

Great hotel, perfect location.

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Room had everything, great staff, free breakfast and perfect location.
Location: Right beside PNC Park and down the road from Heinz Field for sports fans. National Aviary, Warhol Museum and various other tourist things are all near
I went to Pittsburgh to see baseball so the hotel being right beside the park is perfect. My flight was cancelled so I called ahead and the hotel held my room for an extra day so I had a place to stay once I did arrive. Beautiful room, wonderful staff that has everything you need and more, fantastic free breakfast every day and even a decently priced little snack/drink market if you get the munchies. This is the second Residence Inn by Marriott that I have stayed in (the other was in Washington DC) and I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Perfect stay Pittsburgh is wonderful

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Big comfortable rooms, breakfast included, location to everything business & touristy and truly helpful staff.
Cons: Not a thing. We enjoyed my stay tremendously
Location: Directly next to PNC Park; 3-4 block walk to Heinz Stadium, 1/2 block to T-light rail system; Science Center, Andy Warhol Museum.
We were visiting Pittsburgh over this past Memorial Day. We have never been to Pittsburgh before and we were amazed at how wonderful everything was. All the Hotel staff were very nice and very personable, considering where this hotel is located, immediately next to PNC Park Baseball Stadium, and a three block walk to Heinz Field where the Steelers play. The room was big, very comfortable beds all with plenty of room to spread out and relax, if you wanted to, but with so much to do within walking distance you may not want to. Things not within walking distance you can get to easily with the free hotel shuttle service as well. I wish we had more time to spend here, we will DEFINITELY be back.

Decent hotel but VERY NOISY

Posted May 30, 2014
Decent hotel but overpriced and VERY NOISY -- right next to an extremely busy elevated freeway. Also, a very small and overcrowded parking lot for which they charge $19 per night. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quiet hotel, stay away from this one!

I forgot my iPad and they had it wating the next day when I showed up. Many people would have stolen it. Good experience.
