Great location, you can walk everywhere!

In town for a wedding, and there were many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. There were many things for tourists to do nearby as well. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!

Not worth the price!

Pros: Location and Starbucks coffee.
Cons: Staff could have been more friendly. They seemed to rush you away because they were busy. Get better vents for smoking rooms!
Location: Location is great. Lots of options for food.
I needed a room for just one night and I expected a lot more for the $230 that I had to pay. I stayed on the 4th floor and it smelled like cigarettes all day in the hallways! Luckily the smell did not linger into my room at all but it was still annoying. You could hear doors slamming constantly. The room was nothing to brag about but the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The WORST of all was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud with a strange noise coming out of it. I wore ear plugs that helped a ton but my poor boyfriend said he barely slept because of it. Overall I can't say I was pleased and I will not be spending $230/night here ever again.

Great location

Very spacious room, nice lobby and bar area. Our bathroom was not completely clean, there was powder and something else (?) on the walls from a previous guest. The tub didn't drain so we were standing in water during a shower. The shuttle is on a first come, first served basis, so if you use it give yourself extra time in case it gets called out.

We had a good time at Station Square.Everyone was so nice Went to the Graduation Ceremony at the Convention Center.We had a great stay in Pittsburgh. I hope we can come back soon.

Beware of the noise and tiny beds

We were charged a premium price due to the university of Pittsburgh graduation. For that overinflated price we were given a handicapped room(neither my husband nor I are handicapped) with the promise of a queen sized bed. We arrived in the room to find a double sized bed. When we called to complain they snapped at us and maintained it was a queen. There was no way that was a queen!! Spent a miserable night crammed together on that "queen" sized bed. Avoid this place if you can. There are much nicer places in Pittsburgh.

Sleepless

We did not sleep well at all. The view was great .Didnt like hearing a train all hrs of the night. It keep waking us up the loud noise..

Pros: Spacious and clean with fantastic views!!
Cons: Better cab service from midnight until 8AM.
Location: Solid location near restaurants, shopping and river views!
Loved Pittsburgh! Loved the Sheraton at Station Square! Tremendous views, staff and spacious rooms! Nice job!

Terrible hotel experience

The only good think about the experiente was the view. The room and toilet were incredibly dirty and the bed linen were not ironed. When you pay 220$ for a room you should have a clean room with clean and ironed linen, right? I had to wait more than one hour for the staff to redo the room. The hotel is understaffed and there is also the train noise.
