Only complaint is there was no parking for us. Double charged us and immediately took care of it. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We will come again

All good. Only complaint is that the parking lot cost $30. The garage cost $30. Had i known they cost the same i would have parked in the garage

great weekend, clean, safe.you were able to take the subway or walk to downtown pgh and see a pens game. was disappointed that the incline was shut down. wanted to take it up to mount Washington and have breakfast. overall a great weekend

First time back since hotel was renovated. Swore I would never stay there again, had an awful experience the last time we stayed. We would always stay there for the Steelers game. Looks like this we be our go to hotel in the future.

The Sheraton is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh. Not only is it a beautiful and clean hotel but the convenience of location is ideal. The only issues we faced during our stay was that the bathroom had a few utilities not working. Other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely go back.

Everything was great about this place! Staff, food, amenities. I would say if you are a light sleeper be prepared for the trains and the noise outside of your room. The doors shut hard and you can hear people talking/yelling. Other than that it was great!

It’s a really beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the floor we had there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall. Their parent were just sitting down and the kids running wild we just wanted some rest but that wasn’t really posible.
