Location, location, location

Pros: Location!
Cons: Rooms need updated. Wi-fi was very slow.
Location: The Duck tours are next door. Gateway Clipper fleet is a very short walk. Pirates and Steeler stadiums are just across the river.
Hotel is in a great location to visit this beautiful city.

Bathroom had hair everywhere, vanity wasn't clean. Sheets looked like they'd been slept in, didn't get in til late so didn't say anything. Location is awesome!!

Location: Easy to access boat & tour & restaurants.
Registration less than gracious & incomplete w/information .Location was perfect for access to local facilities. Room was comfortable. Couldn't access Wifi; even after asking for connection info (not readily available). Service personnel not very helpful.

Ok hotel, nothing fancy.

Pros: The location is good if you don"t mind walking a little. Good location, I thought.
Cons: The hotel needs to be kept up. Scuffs and scratches on the walls. Easy stuff to keep up with, but not done.
Do Not bother with the club level room. Not worth the extra cash!! The club level was a joke! They didn't even have cereal for breakfast, one guest had to ask for it.

Hotel was a disappointment

Pros: Close to the ball park
Cons: Better house keeping and staff
Location: Close to PNC ball park
Lights were blown in the bath room , completely dark over the shower area. Left over food in the fridge from previous guest. We had to call the front desk with our cell phone because the room phone was broken. Then if this was not enough the water had been cut off on our last day of our stay.

Terrific Customer Service!

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and the view of the beautiful city. The atmosphere was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: hours of the Starbucks located in the building...extend them into the later evening hours would be great!
Location: The location of the hotel is within walking distance to everything downtown, both inclines, multiple bridges, stadiums, parks and tons of restaurants!
Customer service was terrific from check-in to check-out I couldn't have asked for more. The courtesy shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful with information. The bell man was also very helpful and was there at your service at all times of the day and night. Overall, great hotel, I would definitely stay there the next time I'm in Pitts.

First trip to Pitt

The reviews told us it was recently refurbished which I thought they could have done a better job at. We called from our room to ask where to eat and they said they had a list of places so we proceeded to the front desk and she then told us she had no idea what we were talking about and could not recommend anywhere!!!??? so we then went to the hotel buffet and was told there was a wait. Hotel transportation was nice if they were going your way on their way there or back. It was nice to have but you will have to wait until they are ready.

I HAD TO MAKE MY OWN BED - ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED
