toilet seat was loose. phone is room didnt work properly when trying to access guest services. Forget about accessing complimentary shuttle service, practically non existent.Water taxi to pnc park and Heinz field is a better option. If you're a guest, expect to pay an outrageous $21 a day to park in THEIR lot.;

Our stay was horrible. We reserved a king room with a river view. We were sent to a double queen room with a view of the dumpsters. We were not given any explanation at first. When we went back to the front desk to complain, they said they could not refund us the difference but they could give a free breakfast... that was it. They were not accomodating whatsoever and did not give us any alternatives at all. They were rude when we complained and made us feel uneasy. We did not enjoy our stay and will not stay there ever again.

Nice river view

Nice view to river. Close to everything. Great friendly helpful staff. Big turn off that half our hall was tarped off due to construction. Could hear everyone in surrounding rooms. Other than the nice river view and nice staff I'd rather not spend this much at a hotel again.

Great experience

The hotel is at a perfect location! I would definitely go back and stay there! Friendly staff and the rooms were clean with an amazing view of the point. It was a great experience.

This was a mediocre hotel stay. I called ahead of time to confirm the check in time. They said at the latest check-in time would be 3:00 pm, but we could probably check in early. We arrived at 2:30 and was told they would contact us when it was ready. At 3:30 pm, it was ready which is 30 min later than their 3:00 pm check-in policy time. 3 times we asked staff questions and they gave us answers that were incorrect. For example when the inclines open on Mt. Washington. So we walked to the incline, which was closed, and had to walk back to the hotel when the clerk said it was open. The room was clean however the walls were paper thin, we could hear everything the room beside us said. Also, the hotel is right beside the train tracks so we heard trains all night. Overall, disappointing...

Bad experience

When booking over a month in advance I was required to pay in full that day. So when I checked in and they didn't have my king bed room, only two double bed rooms available, I was not happy. After all, if you pay for something up front, it should be locked in and guaranteed. Secondly, the hotel was under what looked like some minor renovations, but I was awoken at 7am my first morning to hammering on the walls from above me. I complained to the front desk and all I was told was "they aren't supposed to start working until 8am". Not the customer service I'd like to receive!!

Nice hotel close to the river.

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. It's on the river near a bunch of bars and restaurants and close to the train.

Candace at the Sheraton was exceptional!!! Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was overly accommodating. Friendliness of the staff was exceptional.

Great Location

This hotel is conveniently located to Pittsburgh's downtown and sporting venues. Also, the views from the river/city view rooms are amazing, and I definitely think they are worth additional money. Everything was clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, and there is a variety of restaurant choices in the Station Square area. I would stay here again, and I recommend others to book this hotel.

Baseball Fan
