Good location

Very noicy train tracks 10 feet from hotel. Ran all night. No continental breakfast but there should have been with the cost of the room.

We think the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square is in a great location too. During our current renovation noise abatement measures are being taken to help with the noise of the trains. Several different rooms are available at our hotel as well as different packages some which do include breakfast. Thank you for your feedback.

Restructure

Hotel older look on floor, musty smell. Room had Hal a bottle used mouth wash in it. The other couple we were with stated there was a dirty used wash cloth left in their room. At breakfast buffet which is not included with 260 dollar a night room, staff seemed frazzle trying to wait on and keep buffet full. Location is nice being on river and walking distance to incline and T rail .

Our hotel is being restructured at the present time with a $15 million renovation. This will eliminate all older furnishings. the hotel was very comforting. sad that you have to pay 23$ to park and their key cards don't work well.

nice location, terrible hotel

Pros: The location at Station Square is great.
Cons: Cleanliness, and just a generally insincere staff.
I am a Starwood Member and this is the filthiest Sheraton i've ever stayed at, i cannot believe there are good reviews of this place, it is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Great Stay in Pittsburgh!

Pros: Pool, room cleanliness, view, friendly staff.
Cons: Price wasn't amazing, parking garage pricing wasn't cheap
Location: Plenty of restaurants, bars, very close to shops on Carson Street
Hotel was great. They are in the middle of renovations, but areas were sectioned off nicely. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Close to tons of bars and restaurants. Getting a cab was relatively effortless with the staff at the front desk. I come in a couple times a year and will be eying it again as long as I can get a decent rate through Expedia!

Cons: Room cleanliness. Update room. Make prices reasonable otherwise you will not have repeat customers.
Stayed at the hotel because of a wedding. Rooms are very dated. Not even a minifridge. We thought the room could have been cleaner since we had a big stain in our carpet. Others in our group said they did not have clean sheets. Price for room very expensive plus they charge you $21-$23 a day for parking. Room rate was very expensive but everyone was staying there for the wedding so we didn't want to miss seeing our friends. We always felt as if we were being overcharged for everything. We had an atrium view room and had difficulty sleeping because of the bar patrons. It could have been worse, others had a train rumbling by about every 30 minutes. Unless we were part of a wedding party, we would stay elsewhere.

Wonderful rooms! Decided on the room with a view of the city and it was worth the extra 22 bucks. Great surroundings and the T is within the block.

Sheraton Station Square, Pittsburgh PA

Pros: Excellent Location. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and accomodating.
Cons: Checking out Sunday morning posed a problem. They could use more elevators. Once after a 10 minute wait, I took the stairs to the 4th floor.
Location: The location and view are exquisite. There has to be something for everyone.
Although I am originally from the Pittsburgh area, I had never stayed at Station Square prior to this visit. We only stayed one night. So, we couldn't take in very much. We enjoyed the view of the city and all there is to do there. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. You should be able to find something for everyone there.
