“Great weekend!”

We had 2 rooms and were in town for a wedding. The breakfast was good. A choice of waffles, various toaster treats, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, several cold cereals, cut fruit, whole fruit, juices, coffee, tea, jams, butter, flavored and plain cream cheese. No need to go out for breakfast as there was enough variety to last a few days. The help was very nice and helpful...great suggestions for dining. Cookies and jelly beans were in the lobby when you wanted a sweet treat. Beds were comfy, loved the feather pillows. The rooms were nice and roomy with a fridge and microwave. Can't wait to come visit again!

Very nice hotel and great value. Beautiful well-kept grounds with lots of flowers and a grass area with bbq. Small swimming pool. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. everything exceeded our expectations! I was disappointed at first that they didn't have interior corridors, but it was quiet. There is a fan in the room that we ran at night, and you can actually adjust the air-conditioning temperature!

We have stayed here 3 times in the past two months and have been very happy with the hotel and it's location. The rooms are quiet and clean. And the breakfast provided is good - especially the waffles! We definitely plan on staying here again.

The room was very clean and had everything we could need. The Hotel was totally packed both nights we were there but everything was quiet and we slept great. Very nice place to stay.

“Fair for the price, mattress could have been better”

Not a bad motel for the price; no horror stories. However I should note the following cons: 1) If you sleep with the air off you *will* hear traffic from the freeway. (Not noticeable with the fan on). Really, these windows should be double paned. 2) Mattress was definitely due for replacement. We stayed only a single night; so it wasn't a big deal for us. If you need firm support, you may want to inquire about this. We stayed on the top floor, and didn't hear any noise from below or adjacent rooms; so that's a positive.

“Super Quiet Neighborhood!”

Despite it being right next to I-80, I never heard the freeway once. Bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely come back!

“Misassignment of room reservation at Best Western”

Although I requested a room with two Queen beds, the staff member at check-in told me that I was assigned to a "handicap" room and that there were no two bed rooms available. We accepted the situation since it was getting late and we did not want to change hotels. However, I do not understand how this misassignment happened, and I would appreciate someone from Expedia or Best Western informing me about how and why this "handicap" room was "assigned" to our reservation.
