Disappointed with our room.Posted Aug 20, 2014
These rooms are re-modeled but, the faucet for the sink was loose & broken, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet was so inexpensive & small & the shower floor was stained & dirty & our phone didn't work. The pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned also, just very disappointed?

What Cleanliness and professiionalism!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Cons: softer towels
Location: Starbucks, Taco Bell Denney's...what else do you need?
I have often stayed in Motel 6 over the last 40 years and this one was by far the most clean, most comfortable, most accommodating and comfortable that i have ever stayed in. The professionalism of the staff was most impressiive.

Ok for one nightPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: This is a very pet friendly hotel. They didn't charge me an additional pet fee for having my dog in the room.
Cons: The shower was really grimy. It looked like a lot of hard water and soap build up, but I took a shower with my flip flops on.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was fine for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period of time.

Last minute booking.Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Location only.
Cons: Night staff. Day staff was much better.
We had a death in my wife's family, needed a quick, inespensive booking for one night. Motel 6's do vary in quality. This location was about average for the chain. A bit pricey for a small town that isn't a major tourist destination.

Three Monthly Visit to AuburnPosted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: The fellow at the desk was a Christian, polite and cheerful, and very helpful. Room 215 was very nice!
Cons: Yes, I already mentioned the need for a wall handle in the toilet.
Location: Our only purpose there is a visit to our daughter and son-in-law, who live in Grass Valley.
We could wish for a wall handle in the toilet to pull ourselves up with. We are elderly, Heavy people would have a similar problem, I'm sure. This would be a real help. Thanks

Bad doorPosted Jun 9, 2014
The room door did not have the seals around it. At night light from the hall came. No need for night light. Walls too thin. Hear EVERYTHING next door. No closets. Not what I expected

Very modern.Posted Jun 4, 2014
The price was good. The shower was dirty. I stayed 4 days. On day one I told the front desk that the vanity light was not working. By the time I left nobody had even looked at the light. So I had to go to my dad's room to dot hair and makeup. At least I had him.

Surprised by makeoverPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
I liked this Motel 6. I was trying to go low budget for a business trip, this place fit the bill. I was presently surprised by the new Euro Ikeaesque look! The bed was a little hard but overall perfect stay for work.
