"Great hotel, great location"
If you want a fantastic view of the Parthenon and a hotel which is located close to most major attractions and a score of restaurants this is the hotel you want to book. Our room was comfortable, large and had a amazing view from the balcony. Only two streets over was the beginning of the Plaka and numerous stores and restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and though there was an annoying mix up concerning a request for an additional nights stay it was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Breakfast was included with our stay and the choice of foods was extensive. The outdoor pool was refreshing after a hot day and also has a spectacular view. The small trains that tour the older part of the city go right past the hotel so you can literally get on and off at the door of the hotel.

"Great central location in Athens"
This was our 3rd stay and it continues to be excellent in location, value and service. Roof top bar overlooking Acropolis gives added pleasure.

Pocket Guide: Plaka, Athens Shopping Hotels

Quaint and touristy, Athens’ oldest residential quarter sits in the shadow of the Acropolis. Plaka’s narrow cobbled streets are lined with bougainvillea-clad neoclassical mansions, souvenir shops and pseudo-traditional tavernas, some with live music. A village atmosphere prevails, despite the crowds. Close to all the top sights, it makes the best base for a short stay.
