It was close to Plaka and Syntagma Square. Able to walk to most destinations - Acropolis and Acropolis Museum.
The staff was very friendly and helped us in any way they could.
The best part of the hotel is the rooftop garden with a great view of the Acropolis.
On the down side - the wifi was inconsistent and didn't work for log stretches of time. The location is hard to find, down a little side street that doesn't look very inviting.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area of Athens. With in walking distance of the Akropoli, The National Gardens and the Plaka. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was someone on the front desk 24 hours a day. The lobby area was a little small with no seating area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower in my room was a little small and hard to move around in but other then that I was very satisfied with my room. It also had a sizable balcony with a table and chairs.

Quaint and touristy, Athens’ oldest residential quarter sits in the shadow of the Acropolis. Plaka’s narrow cobbled streets are lined with bougainvillea-clad neoclassical mansions, souvenir shops and pseudo-traditional tavernas, some with live music. A village atmosphere prevails, despite the crowds. Close to all the top sights, it makes the best base for a short stay.
