Shayne and the housekeeping staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The hotel itself is jenky and the weekday clientele seem itinerant. I was put in a handicapped room next to the ice machine, guest laundry facilities, and an exit. The walls are paper thin. When inquiring about a room switch, there was none available due to the hotel upgrading the cable. Possibly this is why none of the room phones worked.

I feel this property was unsafe. It was set far back off the road and there were some scary looking people hanging around. The outside doors did not have a lock on them. I actually didn’t even stay there for the night because I was alone. I booked a room at the Hampton Inn down the street. How do I go about getting a refund?

Motel entrance on main road but building is behind others and not visable from the road. Other motels surrounded this location and nearly every food chain was present within a half mile. Room was in great shape with new furniture and appliances. The pool was closed today and the cable TV was out temporarily, service called. The breakfast room had the usual things except a waffle maker. Warm eggs and sausage is a plus.

One of the better places to stay in the area for the rate. Just have to be careful driving back as the roads could use some repair but thats just being super picky. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and I like their breakfast arrangement.

We enjoyed our stay. We were little let down that the room where inside pool is not HEATED when I was told it was. The was main reason for reserving there. Vacuuming of our room didn't happen in my week there other than those issues, it was great!!!

I recommend this hotel because it is in a good location, it is close to everything, there are shops, a restaurant, it is clean, quiet, the rooms are nicely decorated, the only thing they should do is change or repair the showers because the pressure is low and it is difficult to set the water just as warm. The service is nice and the most important thing is that you can have a dog with them.Thank you 😊

We stay at Quality Inn every time we are in Plattsburgh. The rate is about 1/2 the big name chain motels. It's not fancy but the owners are very nice and the staff all are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the pool is really nice. All things considered, we would not stay anywhere else.

The facility has many points of entry that could be better maintained for insulation and safety. The addition of smart TV's allowing guests to connect devices for viewing options would have been great. The pool was ample and available, but could use heaters as this review is based on winter experiences. Continental Breakfast normally has pancake, waffles, french toast, bacon, sausage, eggs and (The Lord of Foods; Saint) Bacon (I love bacon). I am sad to report that there were no: Pancakes, Waffles, or triangles of French toast hot and waiting to be enjoyed, worst of all THERE WAS NO BACON. Bagles, English muffins, sliced bread, varied danishes (prepackaged), instant oatmeal, cereal, bananas, oranges, coffee (regular and decaf), cream cheese, lite yogurt, apple and orange juice were there but . . . . Like Timmy the tiger says "IT'S FOOD!". All that said, we would stay there again, we would just hit Walmart for microwave Bacon.

Hallway has a strange smell. Room had an odor but got better through time. At reception we noticed a bug on the desk and then before sleeping, we noticed a bug on the wall - the same type of bug. Not sure if there’s an infestation.

My only issue was the TV. We had to have someone come fix it twice, the picture was horrible, nothing but static and "snow". They did fix it both times but one time I had to call back after an hour of waiting.

Personnel très gentil. Hotel vieillot et peu insonorisé, chambre assez petite, peu d’espace autour du lit pour se déplacer, piscine très froide. L’accès aux chambres et la réception sont deux édifices séparés et on a accès à l’édifice des chambres sans carte magnétique donc tout le monde peu y entrer. Ce n’est pas très sécuritaire. Le déjeuner est correct.

We were so happy to find the Quality Inn in Plattsburgh. It was great and the room was wonderful, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very accommodating. Will stay in another Quality Inn thanks to our experience here.

Check in was super quick and easy and both people i dealt with were really friendly. The beds were so comfortable. We all had such a great sleep. Our room was pretty clean. My one and only complaint was the breakfast. The eggs were not good at all and the i dont know what kind of sausage it was but it wasnt good.

No fuss, had a good stay! Handicapped shower was a little creepy and the ceiling fan needs a good cleaning. Everything else was fine! Very Comfortable bed! Had All the necessary Amenities and that is a Big Plus! Dog Friendly!! Wpuld stay again!
