“Clean hotel”

Cleanliness is important to me and our room was clean. The only issue we had was the room above us was making loud banging noises for hours on end and it took three phone calls to get it stopped thru management. Otherwise, our stay was good. We would stay there again.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We have been staying at this particular La Quinta for about 5 years. Earlier in the summer we had two separate stays where the motel looked like it was getting worn. Nice people, pretty frayed at the edges. This stay was much different. Our room was very clean, neat and comfortable. The exercise room had new equipment. Breakfast included some new, healthier choices. Same nice staff people. Same great pool area. Always a great location. Great job!

“La Quinta is wonderful.”

We have stayed in many hotels in Plattsburgh but this was the first time at La Quinta. It is the best by far. Good prices, a friendly staff and very nice rooms made our stay a wonderful experience.

“Great Value”

Room was well priced for the quality of the room. Room was clean and relatively comfortable. The continential breakfast was excellent, containing hot and cold food and beverages. Hard to find a hotel that still offers such a through breakfast. We did not use the indoor pool, but it appeared clean. Easy access to I-78.

“Not too Bad”

Hotel was very nice. Bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed i've stayed in. Some beds have pillow tops. NICE! Good selection for breakfast too. Overall, very satisfied.

“Wonderfully accomodating front desk”

I found my experience to be first rate. the facilities were great. The front desk person was the best. Arriving early from Vermont, she was very accomodating in allowing me to check in early and followed up with a call back to my room with 15 minutes to see if everything was to my liking. I will definitely be back!
