Very nice for smaller less crowded specialty resort. Staff was very accommodating and resort very nice and well managed

Everything about this Resort is top notch! The rooms are exceptional and kept clean every day. The beach is clean and our service by Luis was attentive, friendly and consistent. The food was beyond compare. Outstanding were Chez Isabelle and Agave. The other choices were enjoyable. The vegetarian options a definite plus. We really enjoyed the Entertainment which definitely is not always the case at other resorts. Getting around the resort user friendly. The pools are just amazing. We would not hesitate to stay here again! A

I liked when no one was trying to sell anything and staff was super friendly everywhere, even maintenance staff. Also, I loved when staff didn't expect tips, did not show any attitude when no tipping and were very appreciated when tipped. Pool entertaining was good too. I loved those single instrument players. Top of all is that place was super clean. Been so many different adult resorts and I have to admitted that this was one the best one. I would go back.

I just didn't like that everything shuts down by or at 11pm and now everyone is forced to go to there rooms and that theres rules starting that to enter any food services you need to put on closed shoes and have a collared shirt which on vacation it doesn't make sense especially when everyone there is saying the ame thing, what happens to those that don't bring anything extra

Excellent service from our building manager/concierge Jacqueline and everyone else we came in contact with. Seriously great customer service throughout. Immaculate and beautiful gardening with unique trees. Loved the nightly entertainment and daily activities. We stayed twelve nights and did not ever feel bored or the need to leave the property. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

This is the best hotel I've stayed in.Customer service was the best I have seen in a long time from the airport until our arrival and of course during our stay. The cleanliness and friendliness from the staff is incredible. Private beach, variety of restaurants and food to choose from. Every night there's entertainment. The hotel is impeccable clean and welcoming; we definitely plan to go back.
