Pros: convenience, location, simple.
Cons: maybe a better coffee maker in room or fresh coffee available in the lobby
Location: Directly across the street is Nations Hamburgers, serving breakfast and open early. Also in the shopping center with Nations there is a Safeway
easy check in, knew my name from the reservation apparently. well lit parking with the easiest access to your vehicle. This is an older style hotel, a throwback to another era and i liked the old style feel. I found no problems with anything, slept well and had a good shower. Directly across the street is Nations Hamburgers, serving breakfast and open early. Also in the shopping center with Nations there is a Safeway and I think a CVS, not too sure about CVS. The only problem I had was I forgot to get my bottles of juice I left in the mini-fridge. I would stay here again.

it was about right for the price!Posted Oct 12, 2014
I did not want to spend a lot of money, I found the hotel Americas Best Value Inn and it was great. oh.. Very nice and accommodating. it was no Marriott but it was what I paid for. I would however like you recommend this hotel for a price conscientious traveler

Livermore DumpPosted Sep 16, 2014
Torn & stained carpet, drape falling off wall, extra bed frame laying against wall, smells, wooden headboard torn from wall & laying against wall behind TV, shower didn't work, paint peeling from walls. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

We were unable to stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice but the room was very outdated, there were gaps in the wall around the air conditioner and under the door. The shower was extremely small. We were just not comfortable at all.

good central location in LivermorePosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: I really like hotels that are single level & you park right in front of your room! The room rate was the best in the area.
Cons: A regular ice machine would be nice.
Location: close to downtown & only a couple miles away from Los Positos golf course. (I think that is the right spelling)
The check in clerk was very polite and accommodating.

Hotel Homelss!Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
I'll keep it simple: the Room was filthy, stains on the sheets and bed spread. Staff was indifferent. and best of all they the local homeless to stay in the vacant rooms!!! very nice and relaxing...

Small hotel, good enough for a studentPosted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a good place to stay cheaply, though several things were not working in the hotel, like the ice box. It was good enough, and very close (walking distance) to downtown.

Smoked-in NON-SMOKING RoomsPosted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
OK, but inn moves NON-SMOKING signs to any room...does not mean that room is or has been smoke-free.

Basic hotel room with a great location. The breakfast could have been better, just cereal and coffee, but overall great value for money. The bed was really comfortable.
