Clean and well maintainedPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Clean and Comfortable. Safe area.
Cons: Pool Hours extended.
Location: Fairgrounds are fairly close. 5 minute drive. Restaurants nearby. Some shopping nearby.
Breakfast was good. Pool/hot tub looked okay but we did not have time for that. Pool hours are 11-10 pm. Would have liked it to be open much earlier for morning convenience. Room was clean and a good size. Coffee was not replaced one day.

Old and tired with freeway noise all nightPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Price and central location
Cons: Room doors and locks. Breakfast selections and visual appearance.
Location: Easy access to major roads
Classic motel in 1970s style, with outside entrances on all three floors. Renovations have made the rooms pleasant enough, but doors and locks are showing wear and tear. There's traffic noise from the freeway all night. Breakfast selections were OK, not great. Breakfast space is quite crowded. One the other hand, it was the lowest priced property in the area.

Decent Hotel for a Working TripPosted Jul 26, 2013
Pros: Large parking lot, privacy, not too crowded.
Cons: Noisy AC
Location: Right off the freeway 580, and only a mile away from 680. Great Mexican bar/restaurant next door (don't have to drink and drive).
- Hotel location is good for those visiting Pleasanton, right off the freeway. - The AC in my room wouldn't turn off. It was too far too noisy to allow peaceful sleep at night, and opening the window brought in the traffic noise from the freeway. :( - Breakfast was ok. - Wi-fi reception wasn't that great across the hotel.

Great spot to catch the BARTPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay was nice and comfortable. We chose this hotel because it was so close to BART and the breakfast was good, too. We will stay here again.

Immaculate & comfortable. Close to the BART line.Posted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were looking for a hotel close to the BART line for access to San Francisco. This was perfect. Was very happy with the cleanliness & comfort of the room. Was actually sorry we were only staying one night. Everyone we encountered was very friendly & professional. The continental breakfast was good - many varied things to eat.

bad managementPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
our truck got keyed and the person left a note stating we had door dinged there car.... when we went to the manager they said they could only release the video surveillance to the cops but they couldn't get the license plates off it - so its be a waste - not very helpful of kind to us so that was upsetting

AnniversaryPosted Jun 4, 2013
We would like to give a shout out to Karen, who was a fantastic help to our family during breakfast. It was our 22nd wedding anniversary, and Karen went out of her way to set up my husband with homemade waffles, mufins, pastries, and fresh juices for a surprise breakfast in bed! We give Karen five stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
