Convenient location

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Clean & conveniently located. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Cons: Towels could be a bit softer, but that would be the only improvement that they could easily make.
Location: The hotel is not far from the shopping & movie theatre in nearby Dublin. Close to the mall in Pleasanton as well. Located right on the freeway.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, & conveniently located. It's perfect for a solo traveler, however the bathroom setup makes it a bit awkward for more than one person to get ready in the morning. The early morning breakfast was great if you were just ready to grab something quick, as we were. The traffic noise was a bit loud, but tolerable. I would stay here again.

Good to sleep

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The elevator.
Location: See before.
I spent 5 nights. I went Pleasanton for business. The hotel is well located. There are some restaurants around and if you want to buy, there is a Premiun Outlet in less than 10 minutes by car. They have good beds. The Continental breakfast is OK.

Very "OK"

Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Personnel were very gracious and helpful. Excellent staff.
Staff was excellent and very courteous. Room was very comfortable. The main problem is the location of the hotel. The driveway appears very "industrial" in nature. Roads were I poor shape and there appeared to be a considerable amount of construction happening. Perhaps just a temporary situation. The hotel is located adjacent to a busy freeway so there's an excellent chance of hearing the traffic all day/night. Wasn't too bad, but it was ever-present. Also, be aware of the mandatory incidentals charge on your card, especially if you use a debit card. Although I'll get the entire $50 back, it'll still be held hostage by the financial institutions for 3-4 days.

Not bad, but not worth the price.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Price
Room was clean, but had a musty smell. Hotel clerk was very nice and informative and was the best thing about the hotel. Breakfast was not anything to brag about.

Very Pleasant Stay

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast and coffee maker in the room. Also the microwave and refrigerator in the room were GREAT. Nice King size bed as well.
Cons: I wish the bath tub could have been a little longer as I am 6'2" but I am used to this.
I arrived right at 3:00PM the day of my one night stay and the room was ready immediately. Everything was well explained at the front desk about ammenities and the locations of what I might need. The room was very nice and had a nice refrigerator and microwave. Free coffee and coffee maker was also available in the room and GREAT. The a/c unit was easy to use and kept me perfectly comfortable all night. There were plenty of good places to eat in the area as well. When I am back in Pleasanton this will be my Hotel. Thanks to All there.

Noisy, by railway

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Happy hour with free beer and pretzels. The BART station is a very short walk away and $11.20 to get into the centre of SF.
Cons: More sound proofing and happier staff
Check in staff were grumpy and not very helpful. We were on second floor but had to ask where the lift and stairs were. The rooms were clean and modern. The downside is that we were on the side of the hotel where the railway and freeway is and at 4.00am a huge train came through blasting it's huge horn. Scared us to death and woke us up. If you have to stay there make sure you get a room on the opposite side to the railway.
