no elevator makes moving yr luggage extreme task ..

Our arrival was greeted with enthusiasm. The clerk even gave us a balcony room without us aKing. The place was quiet and relaxing. Just what we we're looking for. The fitness room was clean and appropriate.

We were disappointed in that there was no black out shades ... we had a light outside our room and the room never got dark.

The only downsize of staying more than a week is the hotel does not have laundry facilities on site. I found the air and heating registers to be loud to the point that I turned up the tv volumn to drown out which I believe was disturbing to my neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay- although disappointed there was no hot tub (even though the website claimed there was one available!). The room was very clean and we enjoyed the private balcony off our room! - Morning continental breakfast had typical offerings of fresh fruit, nice variety of cereal and breads, beverages, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. The first morning included make your own waffles and sausage then eggs and sausage the following morning with 2 varieties of waffle flavor were available. The surrounding neighborhood is industrial- so we had to drive to any restaurants or stores (although Costco is directly next door). Only other problem was 5am alarm that went off next door for about 30minutes

Overall satisfied but experience dampened by the theft of my vehicle in the neighborhood the night of arrival.
