I'm not staying there again.

Pros: It was quiet and the location was good.
Cons: Adding a pop-up notice regarding the limitations on breakfast during the online reservation process when guest demographics exceed the limits imposed.
Location: Location is close enough to my daughter's intended college that it could have been a great place for the family to stay when visiting.
The breakfast option is only for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12, and this was not clear when making the reservation. I had 3 adults and 1 teenager in my party. The limits to availability of the breakfast should have been made clear at the time the reservation was being made. Unwrapped soap (from a previous guest) was left in the tub. Room was not equipped for the number of guests in my room even though I clearly identified the number of guests at the time of the reservation. Not enough glasses, not enough coffee cups, not enough towels. By the time I determined this, I had already been disappointed about the limitations on breakfast and had found the soap. I was in no mood to go back to the desk for more glasses, cups or towels.

Pros: convenient to shopping and other needs
Cons: noise from our room ( freeway side) was disturbing at times. The Air conditioner was very noisy and cycled on and off constantly.
The hotel was very clean and accommodating to our needs for special early check-in as we were attending a memorial service before the 3pm check in and we were provided the room at noon

Nice hotel to stay with family.

Pros: I liked the location, room comfort,cleanliness and how quiet the place is.
Cons: You could improve the restaurant service because truly it is very bad, super slow.
Location: The location is very convenient. There are stores near by and restaurants and close to freeway.
It would have been a perfect experience but the restaurant did not reach my expectations. I paid breakefast fee but I had to wait 1hr. 15 minutes for a sandwich the sandwich never came so I had to leave to eat somewhere else. Besides that I liked the place very much.

Good business hotel

It is a typical business hotel near San Francisco in Bay Area. It is closed to Livermore premier outlets for big brand shopping area. Safe and quite environment is valuable to stay with. I will recommend to my friends later on. Nice stay experience.

Room was clean, bedding was ok but not as nice as most Marriott hotels...many things were missing from the room...but the very nice staff got us the things we needed right away

Bad Idea to live with 5 people

I bought the room with 5 people capacity and free breakfast. The clerk said they only could offer free breakfast for two. I don't know what happened. It didn't mention the breakfast available for only two. And the room, only two queen beds and no sofa bed. How could you say it's available for 5 people.

There are 2 beds in our Queen rooms, however, if requested and available a rollaway bed can be provided at no extra charge .

Excellent Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past year and it has always been an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is perfect. The best part is that a standard king room includes a sofa bed for our two kids to sleep on.

clean hotel but not for me

Definitely need comfortable beds felt like I slept on a bed of rocks. Back was hurting the next morning, good thing it was just for one night. Also make sure you check your charges I was charged twice and had to call my bank to reverse the second charge because they couldn't take it off at the hotel. The hotel was very clean but I'm turned off from this chain.
