Overall it was OK. Being vegetarian the only breakfast items we were able to consume were carbs and sugar. Also the elevators were out and so we had to traipse up and down 3 stories with luggage. A little concerned about security, was open really for anyone to enter. The only areas you could not enter without a key was your room. On a positive note however, our room was very roomy and clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was broken, so they offered to reassign my room to accommodate. The free breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel was clean .

The hotel is way over priced for the overall property period. The elevators were out of service and I was put on the 3rd floor. The hotel needs to be updated like NOW! So run down! They didn’t even offer me a discount for the inconvenience of not having the elevators working AND for how rundown it was! Stay away and go to Hampton Inn!

The price was ok, and the room was clean and comfortable. The carpet in the hallways looks to need a redo but other than that the people are nice and the breakfast in the morning is good enough for what you need on a quick business trip

Dirty pool
The Hotel and staff were wonderful. The only thing they need to work on is the pool. The pool itself was dirty. It had not been brushed or tile cleaned in a long time. The towels were not restocked in the 4 days that we were there.

We needed to be near Benioff Children’s Hospital but Oakland feels unsafe, this hotel is near enough to the hospital and the area is lovely and safe.

For the most part this hotel was nice. I took off a star because there was chipping paint around the bathroom door. It’s such a easy fix so not sure why they don’t. Also, the Keurig coffee maker cup kept exploding putting coffee grounds in our coffee. Another easy fix. The free breakfast was really good and the staff was awesome!

We couldn’t stay to sleep because after check in we came back and there was no power in the hotel and in Livermore ca was 106 and the whole hotel was without Air Condition…, So we End Up living the hotel We did not stay and they did the will contacts Us and this was 7/22/33 Now is26?

Listen to the customer when checking out
The hotel was really good. Awesome breakfast. The only problem I had is when I checked out. I had a card on hold. I told them I was going to pay cash for the room. I got the receipt and it said cash but when I got home found out they billed my card which really messed up my bank account. Called the hotel up they said sorry but could not fix tell a couple of days. They acted like did not care. The front desk person service was not good and they don't listen to the customer. Now I have to dispute the charge and I should not have to do all this if the person would have listened to me.

The amenities of a large hotel with the intimacy of a boutique. New, modern, clean and excellent customer service. All the staff is professional and personable. I couldn't find hot water for tea and they promptly brought me back a cup of steaming hot water! Breakfast was good with lots of options.
