I had a great experience at this property. After reading some reviews of a more negative nature i think there must of been a simple miscommunication. I felt some of the negative points others made at first, but after getting a better understanding of the hosts and understanding fully why "weird" charges that seemed kinda scammy at first were going on. After staying another night or two my peespective completly changed. Would definetly stay again, rooms are recently remodeled and are very current, not just anorher cookie cutter motel 6 clone.the owners definetly take their investment in their property seriosly and it shows.

Discriminating racist wannabe American
17-year Marine Corps veteran went to stay there on veterans Day in uniform he refused to serve me saying that he doesn't want any military personnel staying here unless they have $150 cash deposit after everything was deposited for motels.com these are very discriminatory people unless you are from India or Afghanistan you're not welcome they don't care about anybody from America all I care about is getting over on people you turn down a marine on veteran today shame on you karma will get you one of these days you're going to need help we're not going to be there to help you I hope you can live with yourself as far as I'm concerned you're a discriminating racist ungrateful and I'm one of the few people that protect you in the United States of America stay in our country I don't even say thank you

The simple truth is that your review is full or errors and mistruths. You were NOT discriminated against! Absolutely a falsehood. The staff has never had issues with any guest for discrimination EVER.You DID NOT pay 150 deposit we never ask that for any guest.You used expletives in speaking to the ManagerYou used threatening remarks to the Staff.We will have to alert law enforcement if you should step on the property and we have placed you on a DO NOT RENT list going forward due to your behavior listed above.

We did not end up staying at the property. We left and rented a room elsewhere. The room looked as if they simply made the bed after the previous occupant left. It was not cleaned at all and the area is extremely unsafe. We were asked to move our car out of the parking stall directly in front of our room and to park away from the property against a fence. When we decided to leave I observed what I thought was a homeless man digging through the dumpster, however as we were leaving he walked into a room at the motel.

Room is small but okay but it says “fridge, microwave, coffee in the room” - Unfortunately there’s no coffee/creamer in the room. Good for someone who is really tired, fatigued and sleepy. But then it seems people outside are watching movies loud in an open air. So how could someone sleep? The price is too high for this noisy room/place!

Great place to stay and very clean. If you ever just want to get away from it all and go on to explore Livermore you can start by booking at the studio inn.

Just a dingy old hotel - not especially clean or well kept rooms and there were jerks here parking in tow or more parking spaces making my parking really inconvenient, and the management just couldn't care!

Hey Bob,We are sorry to hear that but we didn't hear any complaints from the staying guest. We always strieve to provide the best services. If you had any problems and let the staff know, they should have help you mitigate the issues or transfer to a different room as per your requirement. Staff won't be aware of the probles unless you let them know.

The bed were horrible and so was the shower. Bed was not comfortable and shower was tiny. Area is a little questionable, heard people arguing/fighting in the middle of the night. Overall not a bad place though i would possibly stay there again if i needed to. Staff was very helpful and followed up with my fridge issue.

Christopher I certainly hope you can give us another try. We keep the place very clean and everything in working order. Also, we have started renovating one room at a time from the studs so now you should be in a renovated room if you should book with us again.

overall it was ok although I found a used pair of dirty socks left in the corner near fridge. Maybe next time, has to be checked thoroughly for unwanted items left from the last customer.

Andy, I’m sorry you felt your room was not cleaned properly and you felt the property grounds were old, but for the price point we offer all amenities other hotels offer given our pricing is much lower than the other hotels. Can you tell me what room your stay was assigned to? I can speak with both the GM and HK on this issue. Please advise.

I liked that they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I didn't like that it was very hard to find the staff to check in. They only left a small portion of toilet paper in the room and when it was about to run out staff was unreachable to get more.

Hello Colleen sorry that you had some trouble with your stay. The extra roll of toilet paper was on the shelf next to the vanity. As for lack of staff. I was walking slowly due to my upcoming surgery, to answer the door however you were gone by the time I reached the front office.
