“Rude front desk service, houskeeping did not make up room for 3 days.”

Stay away if you want to sleep. Out of town construction worker partying in the hallway... doors slammed all night.

“Satisfactory,, would return again.”

We stayed one night at this hotel, it was very clean. The staff was friendly when we checked in, they answered our questions and tried to be accomandating about our wanting to have a late check out but due to a wedding we were given only a half hour past regular check out time. We were bothered by traffic noise, motorcycle noise. Otherwise nice room. Breakfast was adequate but not overly lavish. Coffee was excellent.

Area recommendations

We explored downtown Livermore, First Street. Fun place to sightsee after dark. Lots of friendly resturants, bars, etc.

“very nice hotel”

The hotel is very clean and comfort. Near to freeway. Exercise room is so-so. In general, it's a very nice hotel. I'd like to come back next time.

“Will probably stay elsewhere”

This hotel is in transition from another chain brand to a Best Western. The renovations are evident and the place is not tidy at all. The walls in this hotel are paper thin and makes his very difficult to sleep when neighboring rooms have their Tvs on with any volume at all. The breakfast was not very good at all. The bread fr toast was kept in a bag in which everyone had to put their hands into to get bread to make toast. After seeing some of the people that were putting their hands in that bag, I quickly decided that I did not care to have toast. The furniture in the very small breakfast area is way too large for the space and makes an already crowded area even more crowded. I will probably not stay at this hotel again and would advise that others look to stay elsewhere.

“Best Western Livermore”

Hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. I think our room had already been completed, as it was comofrtable and nicely appointed. Hotel was very quiet given the proximity to the freeway. Freeway access going Eastbound was very convenient, but Westbound was not. Breakfast was mildly disappointing, as it was continental rather than the hot breakfast most Best Westerns seem to seem. Staff was very friendly and responsive to needs.

“May be okay later”

This hotel is under construction, but I had no idea this was going on when I made my reservation. Many of the rooms overlook the freeway, but nowhere did the description mention this either. The room was clean, however. The front desk people were not that friendly! Not the best Best Western experience. The waffle maker blew a fuse during breakfast!!

“Great Hotel”

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Room was clean, large, perfect for my husband and I. I don't know Livermore very well, we were picked up from the hotel and driven to the wedding venue, so I can't comment on the location-- it seemed a little bit in the middle of nowhere, but it was a great hotel overall and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

“Best hotel in Livermore”

We needed accommodation for my disabled wife which the hotel generously provided (first floor, near entrance). All the staff were professional and courteous. The hotel location was ideal for our needs and provided quick access to major roads and freeways. Excellent - I will use them again.

Area recommendations

East Livermore. Hotel is located right off Highway 580 and offers very quick access to other east bay and south bay cities.
