“Good stay in Dublin california”
Well kept rooms and hotel, the room was clean and had all the needed things for a great stay the room has a huge re-refrigerator sink and big Flat screen TV, big comfortable bed, room service and helpful staff
“Nice Place to Stay”
Nice spacious rooms..bed comfortable,..I would stay here again!!
“A quiet clean hotel in a convenient location”
This was one of the best value for money that I have received in a long time. I was very happy to comply with the hotel policy to minimize the use of resources in providing me with adequate comfort during my stay. By not making the rooms everyday and giving supplies only on a required basis, energy and labor use were minimized. For a society indulging in over-consumption, this is a good example of conservation to save the Earth for our future generations.
“Dublin hotel”
I enjoyed my stay at the Extended stay America. My only issue with the place was the bed was HARD.
“Nice stay”
It is a nice hotel. The room is a studio with kitchen. but there was only one plate, one cup and one folk. The room is clean. I called the front desk for more cup and I got right the way.
“Pet permitted in rooms without owners!?”
The hotel permitted several guests to check-in with large dogs. At least two dogs would be in the open window barking until 10:00 and 11:00 PM. One of the animals happened to be @ 12 feet from our open window. The front desk was notified. The desk clerk told us that phone calls to the room with the dog were unanswered. The dog continued to bark five nights of our six night stay. And we notified the front desk three nights. Even with the windows closed and the air conditioner fan on high the barking was still oppressive. Apparently the guidelines for pet control listed in the hotel's policies is a mute point. In our observations of the dog, at no time did we see a human through the open and unblinded windows. Apparently the dog was permitted to check in without an owner. This room was the second room we were assigned. The first had used tissues and large hair balls and lint on the floor under the bathroom sink and behind the waste basket and general cleanliness was terrible. The desk clerk was obviously embarrassed and switch us to another room.
“Hope these were only isolated instances..you have a good location and set up to work with...”
This hotel is located in a very convenient location...I hope they don't ruin it with poor management!! Disguisting entry trash unattended to and the smell of the accumulating trash in the hotel trash room were disturbing!
“Extended stay Dublin”
The hotel is undergoing renovations so will be better when it's done. Paint and linens are already done so that's OK. The TV (quite an old model) will be replaced by flat screen. Heating/cooling system will be upgraded but in our room was not yet done. We found it odd that there was no phone in the room, but on the other hand we weren't sure that the office was manned around the clock, so perhaps we couldn't have reached the front desk in any case. Internet connection ($4.99 per stay) kept shutting off, but they didn't charge us as a result. If I were a woman travelling alone I wouldn't have been happy with security...anyone could walk in either the front door (with unmanned desk) or the unlocked back door and up the stairs to any room floor. The place has potential and the people were nice, but at this point I wouldn't recommend it. Perhaps when they are done.
“won't ever go back to the same hotel”
i will never go back to this hotel it's the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, it has a very bad odor, no room service no continental breakfast, and bad customer service. all the worst you can think it's not worth what i pay.
“Had some problems”
When I arrived hotel could not find my reservation although I had my confirmanation sheet. hotel Called Expedia and they had it but somehow hotle could not find it still. But they gave me a room then about 4 hours after they told me I had to move to anotehr room because there were two TV's in my room which neither worked - which they knew when I first got the room as the attendantant said they would be coming to move one of them. They did not even offer to help me move my things and they put me in a handicap room which is not what I wanted. They should have taken care of the TV problem right away or at least offered to help me move my things. I am 62 years old and repacking and changing hotel rooms at 8:20 at night is not my idea of service. I think if they wer
