“Excellent Experience!”

We were very pleased with our stay at Hyatt Place! The room was very roomy and comfortable for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Free parking, free internet and free breakfast were added bonuses. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

“Different and very nice room layout”

I'm so used to the typical hotel room, the layout seems to be about the same across the board, regardless of the location or hotel company. We were delighted to enter our room at this Hyatt. The room layout is welcoming, open, and far more interesting than most. I especially liked the partial wall dividing the bed and living space, as well as the well-lit bathroom nook. Great showers, too! We will stay here again!

“Would definitely recommend!”

This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and a multi-plex theater (all are just a walk across the parking lot). I had a very large room which was nicely laid out, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. What I really liked was the quality of the continental breakfast that was included. It was excellent as well as the coffee and the seating areas! I decided to stay here because of other reviews and was very pleased with my experience.

“Sleeping on Clouds”

Only bad thing I can think of is that the bathroom was a little smaller than other hotels (but not TOO small by any means!). It was extremely clean, and the bed was AMAZING. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time!! Also only a 2 min taxi ride to BART (we could have walked, but it was 3:45 in the morning).

“Good hotel close to mall area”

I don't really have any complaints about the hotel, except maybe the fact that under the name "continental breakfast" is hidden a fairly thin offering.

“Nice hotel near SF”

Hotel is modern and comfortable, breakfast is really poor, stuff is neutral, parking is public and free, so there is a chance to park far-far away main entrance.
