Comfortable but critter in room

Posted Nov 28, 2014
Pros: Attached to Green Mill
The room was quite comfortable and checkin was great. Unfortunately, the tub faucet was dripping and there was about 4 inches of standing water in it. There was also a mouse running around the perimiter of the room. I also called to confirm checkout at about 7:30am the next morning and the person who answered the phone acted as if I were disturbing them...like a "yeah whatever" attitude. I just wanted then know the room was vacant so it could be cleaned early for the next guest.

Great stay!

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Staff was great, rooms were modern & clean. Liked having an attached restaurant/bar.
Cons: Queen beds instead of Double beds. (Double beds are basically a "Super" single!)
Location: Grocery & liquor store, banks, many fast food and several nice sit down restaurants all within 2 miles of the hotel. Close to Plymouth Hockey rink.
Staff at both the front desk, housekeeping and Greenmill were all very friendly. Room was modern & clean. Only drawback was double beds instead of Queens. Provided a hot breakfast and the room was economically priced.

The first room the water did not drain from the sink, the bed was caved in the middle causing us to sleep on top of one another. The shower whistled all the water ran. We did request a new room and were given a suite that the heat was set at 60 and never turned off. We ended up sleeping with no heat. It was below zero outside so we were very cold or sweating hot. The place had peeling weak paper carpet was wrinkled all over.

Good business traveler hotel

Posted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Amenities for the cost
Cons: More in room toiletries. There was shampoo & soap, but no face or body lotion.
Location: Kind of suburban, but I was there for business, so it didn't really matter. Red Robin & Starbucks very close and Chili's, not much further.
Hotel was clean & staff helpful. Not luxurious, but that is not what I was looking for. Breakfast bar was decent & very convenient. Internet connection was good.

Beware of breakfast

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Stayed here as they allowed dogs. Room was clean but breakfast was terrible. Three containers of curdled milk and bigs in the pastry, we opted for a drive thru on the way out of town.

Solid in a pinch.

Overall it was a good experience and pretty nice for a hotel near a major highway on/off ramp.

Comfortable Stay

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The water area was perfect. The girl at the front desk was great as well!!
We had a very nice experience at the Best Western Kelly Inn. The water area is very nice for the kids, and also has a hot tub for the adults. We were very satisfied with the opportunity for our kids to swim and play. Breakfast was also very good. Scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage links to go along with your normal continental breakfast. Nice stay! Worth every penny you pay for the night!

No hot water on first day of our stay. On check out, staff did not ask how our stay was or seemed concerned we were not happy.
