Filthy room

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Plymouth, Minnesota.. Jake's Restaurant. West Health.
My room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The floors and carpeting were dirty and sticky. Towels were too few and cheap. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear neighbors on sides. Worst hotel ever.

Pros: The waffles and coffee.
Cons: Clean it up and update it.
Location: Green Mill restaurant, Perkins, and mini-mall nearby.
This building and its rooms are quite old and outdated. Our room was nonsmoking but it smelled horribly for smoke with the fan blowing. The tub needed major scrubbing as it appeared stained. Just outside our room on the ceiling were missing ceiling tiles. Not sure what they were fixing but it looked terrible. There is no pool and no perks at this place. Wi-fi did not work in the room so I was able to sit in one of three chairs near the lobby to use their "business center." The Wi-fi there was extremely slow. Breakfast was fine and the waffles were good as was the coffee. They were also doing paving outside so parking was ridiculous.

Cheap but not worth it.

Posted May 29, 2014
Very dirty room that hadn't been deep cleaned in years. Rooms need updating. Should not book guests on floors they are remodeling. Had to walk through halls while worker was sanding & painting to get to room. Hotel staff refused to let us change rooms. Breakfast bar was sparce with mostly surgery items. No juice offered. Stay away!

Not good.

Posted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: Not much.
The hotel staff were good and accommodating, however the facilities were sub standard at best. The room was small, the shower head was disgusting, and the pillows on the beds were horrible. Not a good experience for me.

Experience at Days Inn

Posted Feb 13, 2014
While they are remodeling, it had not reached my room. Very old and shabby. Even the front entrance doors didn't match. The women checking me in was very friendly and helpful.

not a good hotel

Posted Jan 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room smelled really bad, peeling wallpaper, the floor was dirty, blankets smelled, dirty hallways, the employees gossiping at the front desk, not dressed professional at all.most looked like they didn't even brush their hair.I put the do not disturb sign on my door when we left and they went in anyway.moved my stuff around, zipped my suitcases up and put them on a chair, touched all of my makeup and hair stuff.I felt violated. I understand they clean and it's their job,I also do housekeeping, but you never touch someone's property or move it around and NEVER zip their suitcases up.over all,I will never stay their again
