Overnighter in Plymouth.Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Close location to town, and reasonable room rate.
Cons: How about just bulldozing that place, and starting over? Seriously. That place needs help. Seems like it's been neglected for a very long time.
Location: Location is about 1 and a quarter miles to downtown. Perfect, if that's your destination.
I booked this hotel for the reasonable price, and good location. It was going through some extensive, and long overdue renovations. While by no means the worst place I've ever stayed, they probably should have mentioned the renovations on the website, before I booked.

Great price for what we neededPosted Feb 12, 2015 on Hotels
We came to Plymouth on a college visit and needed a place to stay for just one night. We arrived late during a snow storm and we were greeted very warmly at the front desk. The Hotel is exactly what we expected a clean room for a great price

Pet friendly and inexpensive.Posted Jan 16, 2015
When I couldn't get a room at the Common Man, I found the Econolodge 1/2 a mile down the road. My friends spent 200 at CM, I spent a little over 70. The facility is not top notch, ie spa, indoor pool, 55" flat screen, tv in bathroom. It's a decent room to sleep in. Plus you can bring your dog. Jody was very helpful.

Room and hotel was clean and smelled good. It is very dated and in need of a make over- our room had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and rust stains. Staff was friendly.

Hotel had all the amenities advertized and also provided hot and cold beverages 24/7! Breakfast started early which was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient and pleasantPosted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: The convenience
Location: I was there for business, but there are dozens of things to do in the lovely White Mountains
Check in was fast, and although I hadn't requested it on my reservatioin, I was able to get a handicapped room at the price I had paid. Coffee was available at all hours, guests were able to visit in the lobby, a fire pit provided a warm evening, breakfast was just enough for the traveler to get started back on the road. Room decorations were pleasant, bed comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. The hallways were very quiet and didn't hear any other guest noise at all. Staff were all very welcoming and frinedly

The management seems to try hard: good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, but the carpets and curtains are shabby.
