“Impressed with the Hotel”

I was incredibly satisfied with the Doubletree Guest Suites Philadelphia West! I was there for two nights. The room had a great set up, it was inviting, and very clean. There were a large number of children/teenagers around the hotel at the time, but while in our room it wasn't a disturbance. The staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant. They helped my guest and I get a cab to an area bar. The location was good because my guest and I were able to go to a restaurant at the nearby mall one of the nights. Also, at the hotel I ate dinner at the bar one night and had a Sunday morning breakfast. Both meals were very satisfactory. If I ever need to be in the Philadelphia area again, I will be staying in this location.

“Nice Hotel Experience”

It is a very nice hotel in the surroundings of Philadelphia. Just 20 mins drive from the city center. The Hotel Lobby is very beautiful and looks traditional. The rooms are specious and clean. We got a buffet breakfast coupons for 2 included. The breakfast buffet includes pancakes, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, muffins, fruits etc .. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and nice. We asked for hot milk for our 2 yr old son and it was provided immediately. The hot tub in the pool area is very nice too. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We will recommend this hotel and stay again.

Great 2 room suite, very clean, and full buffet breakfast included in price. The staff was friendley and very helpful. Great location, across from the shopping mall and restaurants.

“Would stay again, but may be nice to be closer to downtown”

Great hotel, and good location for my business trip. Not so good if you also wish to see the historical sites, as traffic will take you over an hour.

“Best Philly Option”

Bed was very comfy. Staff was courteous and bent over backward to be helpful. Cookies at check-in were warm and soft. Seperate area for pull-out gave hubby and me some privacy from our toddler. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent. Bedroom was noise-free and of course a separate room to watch tv (suite-type rooms).

“Nice Hotel”

Stayed at the hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice the hotel was. Across the street from a mall that has quite a lot of restaurants to choose from and a lot of stores to shop that we don't have back home.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I loved the decor of the lobby area and the wait staff in the meeting room was wonderderful.
