Not Impressed

Posted Nov 7, 2011
I was not impressed with this hotel for the price. When we first checked in they gave us a room in a wing that was removed from the main building. IN that wing there was not a elevator and the stairs and carpet were dirty leading up to the room and it smelled. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room on the first floor in the main building. The gal walks me to the second room, and it is a handicapped room with the toilet handles and the coffee pot in the bathroom and extremely small room....again outside of the main hotel. At that point I decided I was not staying there and the third room they offered me was what I was asking for.....in the main building and it was a normal room. The room was clean, but needed some serious updating. The TV was a giant ancient size 27" with poor quality picture, and the couch was lumpy. It was a pain in the neck and I would not stay here again for the price.

Comfortable and Near Fine Dining!

Room was quiet & comfortable. Half a block away was the Sandpiper Restaurant - excellent food, service & wine list, and it didn't cost an arm & a leg....

Wonderful Comfort and service

We were on a "down and back" trip to Pocatello, so a comfortable room was important. We got that as well as a great breakfast with a cheery attendant.

Would Stay Again

Posted Dec 3, 2009
We had a nice stay at the Best Western. We were traveling with our dog and had a very nice room, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and helped us to get on the road quickly. Would stay again.
