The property was clean and conveniently located but as we were traveling and forced to stay the night in a hotel due to travel conditions, it wasn’t ideal to not have a working tv.

We were sorry about the television outage. The area was experiencing a winter blizzard and most of the region was out of power for over 24 hours.

Great hotel near the college. Nice lobby area great to visot in. Pool area is great. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and refreshed on a regular basis. No dining within walking distance. Steep hill up to hotel. Light snow the first morning and lots of cars were having trouble on the hill to get up to hotel,

Needs some cleaning
The room was cleaner than the dining area. In the dining area the chairs were dirty like guests ate and didn't wipe their hands off and smeared it on the furniture. The breakfeast has gone downhill over the years and now this hotel chain is no different than others at a lower price.

Great Stay
The hotel was full and yet quiet. The breakfast area was clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was great with snow on the mountain to the west. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in Pocatello.

The room and the hotel lobby were clean, well appointed, and spacious. Beds were great. One recommendation…lower the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower area so that the person who wants to take a bath can reach them.
