good place to stay

Upon arrival, the clerk changed our room to one with a smaller and single bed. The cost was less, but we did not receive credit for the room that I registered for. Instead we paid for a room with 2 king bed for the first night and the second night one single queeen bed. The price for the first night was for 2 king bed, but we had only a single queen.

“Nothing to see here.”

Close to the freeway. That is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The whole place smelled bad. The walls and floors were so thin. Stained carpet, not so clean walls. Pillows that were so very flat we could not tell the difference when we removed tham. I would have no interest in ever staying there again.

“Not Impressed at all.”

This motel was not 3 stars by a long shot. Bed was saggy, paint was coming off the walls in the bathroom, carpets were stained, smoking smell was prevalent in the hallways and the elevator, linens were scratchy as if no fabric softener was used during washing, sink stopper would not work. The staff was very nice. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

The folks at Super 8 were geniunely kind and accomodating. If we need to stay in Pocatello again, we will be booking a room at this hotel for sure.

when go to hotel it took a very long time to check in despite having paid for the hotel well in advance. room ok bed terrible. Would never return here!!!!!!!!!!

“A Pleasant Overnight Stay”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and provided us with a great night of sleep after attending basketball games all day. The hotel has excellent access to the interstate and the surrounding neighborhood provided a variety of convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again when in Pocatello.

“We use Super 8 wherever we go!!”

Dependable. Love the computer availability. Breakfast was varied, gave lots of options. Employees were quick to jump when something was needed. We had thought we'd be in a Smoking King room because it was the last room available when we called, but they had made a note and had us in a nonsmoking double when we arrived. Appreciated that!
